Once the tests are over his rude behaviour begins for no reason. When I visited him after 1 week to explain the progress. Mr. Kamaraj was very approachable and provided elobarate explanation about my medication. One thing this hospital need to improve is unnecessary waiting time, I had go through multiple desk to explain my condition and each desk made me to wait for long time and I strongly believe those waiting times are unnecessary and unusual.
