Being an Ex Service Men serving the nation for 26 yrs, I was referred by ECHS to MMS Hospital for Investigations & further course of treatment for my Wife suffering from excess bleeding & frequent periods & pain. As Dr. Kalapana Devi is the Gynaecologist of MMS Hospital
1st day - I had to unfortunately consult her for my Wife's health issues. First day she asked us to take few investigations to know what is the actual medical issue.
2nd day : Visited the hospital for investigations.
3rd day : Visited the hospital for show the investigations to Dr. kalpana Devi. After seeing g the reports she diagnosed and advised to go for DNC & Mirena Insertion and informed us to take approval from ECHS for undergoing the procedure.
4th day : We visited the hospital with the approval from ECHS & met Dr. Kalpana Devi for dates to carry out the procedure. She insisted us to bring the estimate approved from ECHS department.
5th day : We visited the hospital back with estimate approval & all necessary investigations, anesthetic opinion., but she refused to do the procedure as the blood investigation HB1AC was not normal.
I do agree as per medical norms, it's not safe doing the procedure when the investigation reports are not normal. But this should have been informed me on the 03rd day when i visited to show all the investigations. ** *** *** ********* *** *** *** ******** * ******** ******** **** ***** Right from the Ist day, it was evident with her behaviour that she is least interested with cases from ECHS.
