RxDx was set up with a vision to provide pre hospital care to communities. A neighbourhood clinic concept. The Family Doctor (GP, general physician) is at the core of RxDx and it is a physician led and driven primary care + model. The GP’s are supported by diagnostics, physiotherapy, pharmacy and specialists as needed so it is a one stop health care solution for outpatients. This model sits in between single doctor practices and hospitals. In addition, RxDx aims to provide value added health care services such as health checkups, women’s care, geriatrics, a child friendly kids clinic, a foot and sports clinic and home health care services which are areas where focus and multi-disciplinary medical professionals are needed. These areas are not typical focus areas of hospitals as they are not surgical or intervention based. However, they fill a niche community need. Similarly using technology to help a patient access medical help via tele consults is another initiative of RxDx which can help decongest cities and de-stress individuals as patients are saved the commute. In our RxDx clinics, patients can see their favourite doctors on the RxDx smartapp thus saving them a visit to the clinic.RxDx started from one clinic in Whitefield in 2007 and has since organically expanded across Bangalore in a hub and spoke fashion. Three spokes in east Bangalore at Kundanhalli, Kadagudi, Bellandur are supported by the main branch in Whitefield. In 2018, a new hub has been created in Malleswaram. RxDx started with local GP services and then expanded into other areas which help the local community. Via telemedicine it aims to take the expertise of its wonderful doctor community to others in India, Africa and globally who could benefit from it.The word “RxDx” comes from Rx which is a symbol meaning prescription. Dx is the medical abbreviation for diagnosis. RxDx is a healthcare organisation with a difference-not a hospital driven by inpatients but a neighbourhood community clinic with a caring soul, focusing on areas of medicine that are most needed but also most neglected. Especially bringing back the importance of the GP in healthcare.

Visited Dr. Hanifa Batterywala (General Physician)
April 26th, the day my husband got the first symptoms of Covid .we consulted a doctor but dint find it fruitful,he went with the regular course of medicine . Next we sorted Dr Hanifa's help. She paitently understood anc acknowledged the medicine My husband had taken and then suggested fresh set of medications pertaining to his condition. He recovered well . Next was myself, I contracted the virus from my daughter, initially I thot i might be asymptomatic and will recover without much hassel, but everything turned upside down. Then again Dr Hanifa plunged into action ,she prescribed medication to my health condition . stull the recovery went wayward. Here she came out as a blessing, she took the case into consideration personally. She figured out a hospital in these trying times herself and made sure I got admitted with Intense care. 6 days i stsyed in hospital but she nvr left my side. She used to call on personal number to take report of my vital stats. checked on the hospital medications as well. then the day came when I was discharged. Came home healthy but was not in a good state. She was still in contact with me everyday talking about how i cdn recover soon. and here I sm on 29 th May 2021 all sound and good. Probably if she was not there, then I think Corona would have taken me down by now. i wudnt be here writing my experience. 1 doctor I can say ,who treats patients as humans and not just a diseased body. Love her, bless her and cant thank her enough for giving me a new life. Love you Dr .

I was always very strongly against any sort allopathy medicine, because I believed there is no need to inject my body with artificial chemicals which does more harm than good, and so I avoided allopathy doctors; but meeting, Dr. Annie has changed my perspective about this, she not only rightly diagnosed but also listened to me and explained how a Medicine, which has essentially missing element of body through years of overthinking, stress etc. helps regain that balance and allows that particular brain part to function efficiently. She explained it very nicely and truly helped me come out of my clinical depression, in very systematic method. I think this approach of hers brought confidence in me to begin the course of treatment.
I have met many doctors and she is one of the few rare doctors who would really care about their patients and listen to them without being judgmental. She is one doc who is against medicine if it is truly not needed. Her ever smiling face inspires every time I talk to her. I truly wish the world has more such doctors and believe there will be a big difference.
Thank you so much for all your help

I met the doctor for my dad who got diagnosed with Dengue. She diagnosed. accurately and adviced timely.
One thing which I really appreciated is her constant touch with the progress of the patient. During that time, she used to enquire me about the progress of my dad. Timely suggestions were given. I can never forget the support she gave us when I admitted my dad in serious condition . She used to be in constant touch enquiring progress of my dad. Even after he got discharged, she called me and asked how my dad is doing now..
To be frank, this is my first time in my life I have seen a doctor caring her patients and keeping a track of his/her health. Hats off to you madam
God Bless You.

Dr Sarita has been our go to doctor from last 7 years for our two boys. She is very friendly with kids and parents. She patiently listens to all the details and examines the baby thoroughly. She never jumbs into antibiotics or unnecessary medicines and has her own system to track any antibiotics administrated.
I can whole heartedly recommend Dr Sarita for your pediatrics needs.
