- The patient has the right to refuse the treatment suggested by the doctor, however, it will be on the patient’s own risk.
- If unsatisfied, the patient has the right to raise the complaint to the patient relation manager.

- Informed consent should be taken from the patient or family in case of transfusion of blood or its products, anesthesia, surgery, initiation of any research protocol, or any other high-risk invasive treatment or surgery.
Responsibilities of patients and family:
- The patient needs to bring all the medical records and lab tests previously done, that provides medical history at the time of admission.
- The patient needs to keep up with all the appointments and follow-ups, and if unable to do so the patient or caregiver needs to inform the hospital about the same prior to the appointment.
- The treatment plan should be followed strictly and the medication prescribed must be taken on time.
- The patient shouldn’t consult a doctor after the professional hours except in the case emergency.
- The patient should settle the hospital bills promptly and shouldn’t delay on the same matter.
