I am sharing a near death experience of my life recently *** ** ******* ********** ** *** ******* ** ****** ****** ****** ************ ***********I have visited Chisel dental clinic koramangala for consultation...I just had some pain and sensitivity in the right upper molar of my jaw..I took consultation from Dr Sumanth as I had already taken a crown treatment on the left molar 6 months ago....I told him about my discomfort on the left side and seeing my xray he showed me dental caries on both upper and lower molars and told me to get caps fitted on both upper and lower molars...total of 11 caps...i was surprised to hear that ** ******** ******* ******* *** ***** *** ** *** ******** I didn't question him on this as I thought he is a doctor and must know what is good for a patient. ******** * ***** **** ***** *** **** ** ******* **** ** ** ********he told me this is the permanent treatment for aligning the tooth properly and you won't get dental caries again...I believed him blindly since I thought he can decide better what is good for my teeth...i asked him about how many sittings would it take since I am travelling on this weekend...he said just 2 sittings in which one we would do cutting of upper tooth and in second sitting cap fitting on 11 teeth...I went ahead for the treatment without realizing what price will i have to pay for trusting him...i was giving first shot of anaesthesia, before anaesthesia none of the doctor there asked me if i have eaten anything or not ***** ** ******* ***** ** ******* ********** *** his assistant Dr did cleaning of cavities on 6 teeth which lasted for 2 hrs...i was very tired at the end of it and then they gave me second shot of anaesthesia without taking into consideration whether taking into consideration whether I was ready for it...i almost fainted and got palpitation...then they asked me did you have breakfast in the morning...I told them I just had tea and came...they knew I was not in a condition to take further treatment...they gave me little glucose water and again started drilling in my teeth...i almost felt like I am getting a heart attack with the palpitation...they finished there treatment and didn't stop i was not in a completely conscious state to take the decision to stop the treatment ***** ** ***** * ***** ** ******* ********** ***i was not prescribed any medicine pain killer or antibiotics..no instructions given...just a printed page given after **** * ******** procedure...i returned back home and got toothache...i knew something is wrong I don't feel right...I called them in the evening nobody answered the call...next day as anaesthesia wore off I called and asked them that why am I feeling so dizzy in my head...I told them I want to talk to the dr immediately...Dr Sumanth a busy person called me after two hours...i asked him if a patient faints during treatment do u still continue the treatment...you should have taken the call of stopping the treatment if a patient is having palpitation...he said I am sorry I saw you fainting but still left you with other Dr who continued with the treatment..**** ** *** ******* ******* **** *** ******* ******** ***** **** ** ***** ***** **** ************i visited other dentist to take a second opinion***** *** ******* ** *** *** ********* ** ** ***** *** **** ** **** ********* ** **** **** *** *** ******* **** ** *** ***** *** ************* ** ***** **** *** ******** *** ******* ** ** ******* ***** ** *** ** ********** *** **** ********* ** ****** **** **** ******** ********* **** **** *** ********* *** **** *** *** *** ** * **** *** ******* ******** *** ** ** ****** *** *** ***** *** * **** ********* *** * ***** *************** ***** ** ******* *********** *** ***** ** *** ******* ** **** *** ********* *** **** *** * ******** **** *** *** ** ** * ******* ***** *** *** ** *** *** **** ** *** ** ****** ** *** * *** ** *** ** ** **** * ***** ** * **** **** **** *** **** ******** **** ***** ******* *** ***** ************ ***** **** **** ********* ******** *** * ****** ****** *** I am writing this reviews for people who are taking treatment from Chisel dental clinic **** ** *** * ************ ****** ** ** ******** * ****** ***** *********they charged me 54000...i asked them for a refund and they answered you had to pay 70000 for one sitting...you have to pay us more...they had no concerns for my health and life, **** ****** *** **** ***** *** ******* ***************** *** ******* **** *** ****** *** **** ** ******** **************** **** **** ********* **** ******* ****** **** *** ********* ****** ** ******** *** *** *** ********** ***** **** ****

I visited doctor sumanth shetty first on 21st january 2021 as my 3 years old son was having pain in one of his teeth in the lower part at the right side of his mouth. We had already done a full mouth x-ray for my son. After checking my son and the full mouth x-ray, doctor Sumanth Shetty told that my son need to undergoe root canal operation(RCT) at that teeth. Except that he need to undergoe deep cleaning in one of lower teeth at the left side and cleaning and filling for the 4 teeths(2 upper and 2 lower) at the right side of the mouth where he didn't have any pain. We asked doctor Sumanth Shetty that we want to go for treatment only for the teeth where my son is having pain. But ******** *** doctor Sumnath shetty convinced us that he would do all the operations(RCT in 1 teeth, deep cleaning in 1 teeth, cleaning and filling in 4 teeths) in single sitting within 20 minutes. We were worried about it. But he convinced that we need not worry about it . So the very next day(22nd january, 2021) my son went through all the operations. The doctor Sumanath shetty finished it within 20 minutes. We asked Sumanath Shetty whether everything was done properly. The doctor Sumanath Shetty told us that everything is fine. Then Sumanath Shetty told us that there will be pain for 5-7 days more. Sumanath Shetty suggested antibiotic for next 3 days and pain killer SOS. *** **** ***** * ***** ** *** ****** ******* **** ***** **** ** *** ****** ** *** *** **** ** we booked another appointment on 27th january 2021 with doctor Sumanath Shetty. On that day Sumanath Shetty told that probably the crown that was not placed properly during RCT as my son was not co-operating(my son is just 3 years of old. he doesn't understand what is going with him. So he cried a lot). So Sumanath Shetty told that the teeth where he had undergone RCT need to be extracted. Since there were no other way so we accepted it. The teeth was extracted by doctor Sumanth Shetty and Sumanth Shetty told that my son would be fine in next few days. *** **** ******* ** *** ***** ***** ** *** ***** **** ***** ******** *** ******* **** ***** **** *********** ***** **** ** **** ** ***** ****** **** ** ******* ** *** ****** ******* ****** *** *** ***** ***** *** ***** *** ******** *** ******* *** **** ******** Today we called to the clinic and cancelled the follow up check up that was scheduled this week. After that I found that in all the previous appointments(21st jan, 22nd jan and 27th jan), the name of doctor Sumanth Shetty was replaced by Dr Mayori Doley in the practo. We don't know how it is possible. *** ** ** * ***** **** ** ********* ********* They want to defend doctor Dr Sumanth Shetty from negative review. I strictly not recommend doctor Sumanth Shetty to anyone.

Please do not go for the orthodontic treatment here, *** ************ ** * **** ***** *** ******* **** **** ***** *** ********* ** ** ***** *** doesn’t even keep us educated about the procedures going on. I was told that if i had to shift my treatment to another city then it will be done without any hassle and without extra money but when the real situation happened i was told that only 2 more sittings are left and i have to pay the balance amount to them otherwise I wouldn’t get my dental impressions. So i had no choice then to pay. But after shifting cities and visiting 3 orthodontist just for second opinion ******** **** **** ** ****** **** *** ********* *** ****** ** ****** ** ***** *** **** * ***** **** ******* **** ******** I was so furious that i had fallen into this, the reviews on google and practo *** ********** **** * *** ******* Go ahead at your own risk if u are planning for an orthodontic treatment here. ***** **** * ****** ****** ****** ****** **** * *** ****** **** ******* ******* ******

My experience was a little strange with the doctor. I went to Chisel because it was close to my house and the doctor had fair reviews. However when I went there, firstly the doctor himself does not check you there are some other junior doctors who look at you and make notes. After that the first thing they will tell you is get an X-Ray ***** ***** ** ** **** *** *** ** *** ********* ******* ** *** **** **** ******* **** ** **** **** *********** *** ****** ** ** ****** ***** *** *** **** *** *** ** ******* *** *** I agreed and got an X-ray done. After sometime I was called inside the doctor's cabin where again he did not check me, instead pointed at the x-ray and said we will have to extract the tooth but what bothered me was, he was talking about the wrong side and wrong tooth 😂 . That's where I knew I can't get myself treated here. **** **** ********** ****** *** ************* *** *** *** ** *** ****** **** *** *** ** *** ********* I wouldn't recommend the doctor nor the clinic to anyone.

I have no words to thank Dr Sumanth and Dr. Rashmi for their immense deep knowledge, experience and expertise in their field. For my complaints I have consulted many doctors, surgeons, endodontics, periodontics, name any doctor in Bangalore,and other parts of Bangalore, the jewel of doctor/ dentistry I found and experienced is Dr Sumanth and team I am so fortunate to find the Dr Shetty the best. More than finding them, I consider myself fortunate to be treated by soothing and comforting Dr.Sumanthb/ Dr.Rashmi who has got shafa - the divine magic of healing gifted by almighty God. With their caring professional approach I have 200% trust and confidence from the day I started mine treatment till today and in future. Actually 200% would be an understatement. I highly recommend dr.Sumanth and dr. Rashmi.Apart from being caring, he explained everything in detail, went through all my concerns, till today, I consult them before taking any medical/ dental decision and I never looked back. Last but not least deep deep thanks goes without saying to their assistant team for providing comfort and helpful approach to the clients.Keep the good work going team Chiselband let the world smile and be happy.Awesome Dentists and Team...Dr.Sumanth and Dr Rashmi are Very professional and Straightforward of what needs to be done... Had visited clinic on Saturday with heavy pain of roothe , Doctor took x ray scan but then doctor asked me to be on painkiller till next Wednesday as doctors for removal was not there , the next day I called up the clinic next day stating I’m having severe shooting pain every 2 hrs and having more than 10 painkillers. The doctor replied over phone saying to be painkillers till Wednesday , they didn’t value the effects of patients pain nor health . Just because surgeon is not available till Wednesday should patients suffer ?

I had my braces done at Chisel. The initial consultation by Dr. Rashmi was very helpful. She was patient *** ****** ********* ************* with her suggestions based on my dental condition. I went with Ceramic braces. Though the process was long, I am pleased with the support received from all doctors and staff. The braces/treatment was done by Dr. Mohan and each visit at Chisel with him went very well. The admin manager, Tabassum was quick to respond to my scheduling/reschedule of appointments and managed that part well. The other doctors, support staff with sharing their pre and post-treatment instructions were very clear and thorough. Overall, very good experience so far.

My experience with Dr. Rashmi had been great. The procedures were handled very delicately keeping patients concerns and fear in mind. All the procedures were explained to me well ahead and made sure that I understand the treatment before initiating it. During the procedures as well Dr. Rashmi explained things at every step. She is very friendly and very polite. In fact, all other Doctors working in Chisel koramangla are very professional and takes care of all visitors well. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Rashmi and she treating my problems. Thank you.

I am glad to know Dr Rashmi and Dr Sumanth and would like to share my case. I know Dr Shetty when I first went to ther clinic Chisel for a check-up. The reason for my visit was to take tyer opinion after being a victim of an improperly fitted bridge for my upper right premolar and canines.

my broken incisors were root canal treated and replaced with a new bridge. During all these . I got a couple of replacement bridges after the previous ones were worn out. I was so fortunate that I could see Dr Shetty who identified and fixed the problem. Till today, I had no hint of any issues with the bridge. I am very thankful to Chisel and ther skillful approach to address my case. My sincere recommendation and reference to all is to go visit Chisel , my favorite dentist, if have any dental problem.

This is the first time I have written a review but it is deserving. I had nothing but a great experience while going to see Dr Rashmi. Her attitude, ethics towards work is so different from others I was inspired by her..and would love to learn a lot from her What I adore the most is how she treats every single patient in a loving way so that’s she’ll never get nervous and calm during the sittings. if you need a dentist don’t hesitate to call Dr. Rashmi she is awesome in her work and in giving guidance...
