Apollo Hospital Admission Process


Apollo Hospitals issue a UHID card, Unique Hospital Identification card to the patient. Any patient visiting the hospital will be required to complete an online form. The ID card will be issued once the process is complete. Furthermore, when the patient is being admitted to the hospital for care, after the advice of the consulting doctor, the patient will be required to fill out the form for admission at the front desk. All information has to be filled out correctly and will include the patient’s consent for being admitted.


Discharge Process


Once the treatment is complete and the patient recovers satisfactorily, the primary consultant of the patient will brief the patient about the discharge date. A nurse will help the patient to understand the dosage. Furthermore, if the patient needs to get X-rays or MRIs, whatever is required. 


Guidelines for visitors


The visiting hours for the mornings are 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and the evening timings are 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Children below the age of 12 are strictly prohibited from visiting any patients. Furthermore, ICU visits are not allowed either. Other than this, visitors are supposed to be careful not to disturb other patients as well and are supposed to visit their loved ones quietly.
