Had a great experience. Earlier, before visiting Nafeesa mam, I had tried many cross diets to lose my weight but was left with no success. On consultation and following their prescribed diet plans, I lost my weight without much effort. With Simple diet plan and simple physical activities, I got into shape within expected time span. Mam suggested me to go for 6 months plan. Gradually I saw the result over a period of time. On following the strict diet plan, I lost around 15 kgs, and that was an amazing result. Had a follow-up to clarify few of my doubts as well. FER has a great team, they guided/clarified queries in a much simple and better ways. I thank Nafeesa mam and team. First Eat Right as it says Eat Right is the main motto of it. I did a lot of research before i found Dr Nafeesa Imteyaaz. Well, I'm very delighted to say that i have chosen the right Dietitian for me. I fall short of words to tell about her services as a Dietitian.
I was struggling to loose weight on my own, dint get that seriousness and confidence to loose weight on my own. Tried various methods of losing weight , but noting worked. Even walking daily for 45 mins dint work as i used to eat a lot of junk foods on daily basis.
Well, when your in the hands of Dr Nafeesa probably your safe enough! *** ** * ******** **** **** * ********* **
Her diet is simple and easy to follow, and never knew making such small changes in life would produce such fantastic results!!!. Believe me i have lost 6.6kgs in two months of time with walking for 1 hour daily. I could loose more may be but i couldn't due to travelling. Apart from weigh loss other benefits are commendable. My skin became clear, and skin tone changed, makes me feel younger, less hair-fall, less pimples which totally vanished after i started the diet!!! There are many other benefits too which we start noticing after we start the diet.
