I took appointment for my minor daughter.. my problems are:1. she did not meet me and gave advice to a minor.. when I reached the clinic, I have insisted on meeting her as a parent and informed them that my daughter is a minor. Here are the true facts: 1. Patient was not a child and she is 17 years old,matured girl who could fully comprehend conditions and prescription. You did accompany her inside my consultation room. 2. As the nature of the patient's complaint required privacy, you were requested to go out and I examined her privately. She did have other small complaints, for which I had only given a cream, a moisturizer and a body wash; about which, I explained in detail for about 15 minutes and wrote in readable handwriting. I confirmed with the patient that she has fully understood about the treatment. 2. As the next patient entered, I could still hear your daughter explaining everything to you. My receptionist requested you to meet me once the next consultation is over, if you still had any doubts; but you have left the clinic by threatening her that you are going to defame me in Practo. 3. Regarding the location of clinic, it is a commercial property duly licensed by BBMP and KPME. 4. The height of roof is 10 feet tall and adequate for the clinic services. The clinic also has an additional 200 sq feet area, earmarked for waiting . 5. The clinic does not have a dedicated parking area for patients. As a law-abiding citizen, I fully understand my responsibility regarding parking my car.

1. To start with, the receptionist asked us to visit anytime between 2-3 pm. We pointed there may be waiting time if you don't give specific time, but receptionist said that there won't be any waiting time. So, as expected, due to incompetence of receptionist, we had to suffer unnecessary waiting time of half an hour, which could have been easily avoided *** *** ***** **** **** ****** ******

2. Consultancy fees was mentioned Rs 400 to us. However, we were charged Rs 500. While asking the reason, we have been told we have taken 2 MINUTES EXTRA..

3. Doctor gave the prescription of a medicine which was not available in 6-7 shops near her clinic. On repeated requests to give alternative medicine, the doctor persisted with her stand that it is easily available and was not ready to provide any alternative due to non availability.

4. We felt that the Doctor was highly impatient and was not at all interested in helping us. **** *** ******** *** ***** she started behavior very rudely and arrogantly.

Will not suggest this Doctor to anyone...

Thank you for such good feedback. Happy Christmas to you and family . I would like to clarify few points . 1. Saturday afternoon is dedicated for dermatosurgical procedures only. As your kid had warts on face, as told by you to receptionist earlier , she advised you to come between 2 to 3 pm- so that, if dermatosurgery is required it can be done . Rather she intented to help you. Waiting period upto 30 min is normal in medical practice due to the nature of service. Consultation was completed between 2 to 3 pm, in your case, as promised. 2. Consultation charges vary between 400 to 600 depending on number of complaints and complications of the case and this was conveyed politly to you by receptionist. 3. You were explained in detail regarding the child's wart condition, and all possible options of treatment. I prescribed a single lotion which was best suiting your child's diagnosis. As you explained, you had already visited multiple dermatitologists in past for the same condition at various locations. That was the only medical line of management left as you had tried various other options. Obviously, the lotion was not a generic drug and such drugs could be difficult to get, just next door. 4. I made calls, in front of you, to the nearby chemists and gave you the phone number of the company person incharge of the medicine distribution. You were informed about the big drug stores where the medicines were available and also made sure that, the medicine will be available to you, the next day. 5. You were requested not to barge into the doctors cabin while treating other patients. We made our best efforts to treat the child, as per the medical ethos.

for a consultation, harboring unnecessary worries about my skin condition. However, my experience at the clinic with the Doctor was nothing short of exceptional. She gave thorough explanations with welcoming and friendly behaviour.

Dr. Rajeshwari stood out as a shining example of how a doctor should be. Her warm demeanour and genuine concern for her patients immediately put me at ease. Unlike some doctors I've encountered in the past, who exuded arrogance and impatience, Dr. Rajeshwari took the time to listen to my concerns attentively.

One of the most refreshing aspects of my visit was the genuine feeling that the Doctor would prescribe medication only if necessary. In an era where over-prescribing is a concern, her approach was a breath of fresh air.
