Dr niveditha is a very gud physiotherapistI went to her clinic for shoulder stiffness,neck stiffness,I was so scared tat I was assuming I have some serious issues in spine ...but tat was not the case,she briefed me about the muscle tightness,n gave assurance tat it was due to muscle stiffness n nothing serious ,it was coz of sleeping poor posture tat was causing pains n stiffness ..x-rays didn't show any abnormalities,she taught me some simple physio therapy exercises for back pain,neck n shoulder pain..it did helped ,electric stimulation also helped ...I was reallyrelieved to some some extent..she handles patient's very well..very cool,friendlytechniques *** **** ** **** ****** * *********...only thing is her clinic is very small..lacks space
