I do not recommend the doctor

The doctor could not give a valid explanation to the problem my father had. He had an itching sensation inside his eye and the doctor prescribed some expensive medicine and the problem remained the same even after the course. The doctor didn't address the main issue rather gave some medicine ******* **** ***********. he dint take more than 2 mins to examine the problem and after 2 mins said all is fine. The problem still persists and I have to now look again for a different doctor.

Doctor was very helpful in explaining ocerll situation, and steps going forward.

However the appointment you book has tests and steps preceding it, making the overall process about 2 hours long. Just and FYI

I had an eye infection checkup and waited for 2 hours only to find out the doctor was not available. Although the staff was good, they didn’t explain the process properly. Overall, I spent 5 hours at the hospital just for an eye checkup and would not recommend Dr. Shalini Butola.
