The doctor and receptionist repeatedly asked us to wait “just 5 minutes,” but after 25 minutes of delays *** ** ************* we pressed for clarity. Only then were we told the doctor was in the middle of a procedure and it would take at least another 30 minutes.

Throughout the consultation, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. The interaction felt rushed, and I did not feel heard or understood. Rather than being given the opportunity to fully explain my situation, I felt that my concerns were not explored in sufficient depth. Mental health consultations require careful listening, empathy, and patience, but I did not experience these qualities during my appointment.

What further added to my disappointment was the issue regarding the consultation fee. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this doctor to those seeking a psychiatrist who provides attentive, patient-centered mental health care and clear communication regarding consultation fees.

Visited for high fever. ****** ** **** ************** After the diagnosis it was the same infection which doctor was suspecting. Medicines prescribed were not very costly and was stopped soon after the cure.I am thankful to the doctor for the treatment.Special thanks to nurses and housekeeping staffs who are working round the clock to take care and keep the hospital very neat and clean.

The consultation with Dr. Sudhindra was fine and the doctor explained things well. However, I felt a bit frustrated because even though I had an appointment booked through Practo, walk-in patients were allowed before me. The doctor seemed extremely busy, so I am considering taking a second opinion before deciding.

The visit was not allowed because Dr. Eashwernath P S only sees patients until 5:30 PM, but I was given an appointment for 7:30 PM. Also, he is a surgeon and not a general physician.

The doctor was excellent and provided good care. I feel comfortable reaching out to the doctor if any issues arise. I am satisfied with the consultation.
