I have consulted Dr.Archana as part of nutrition to follow for weight loss. I was 85 kgs when I met her in Nov 2020 in Dubai. I have strictly followed her instructions to change my diet habits and what to add and what to take away. Believe me, it has worked and I was able to reduce 20 kgs in an year( an average of 2 kgs every month).
