I am 27-year-old. I met with road accident and had a devastating face injuries and almost lost my face Shape. I was bought to BGS Global Hospitals - Kengeri and advised to undergo Reconstructive Plastic Surgery under the consultation of Dr Naveen Kumar, Plastic Surgeon. I was shattered when I saw myself in multiple pieces of facial bone fragment and had zero hopes of getting back my identity. Surgery took 8 hours to fix my facial bones and eyes. Few days later, I was surprised to see me regaining my face back. I never thought I would get back to normal, but today I’m glad to see me recovered fully. This would have not been possible without Dr Naveen Kumar and his team. Dr Naveen Kumar was very friendly and made us understand about surgery and was there to help round the clock.

I had a mucous cyst/mucocele on my lower lip. Dr. Naveen was super quick and efficient. The procedure took 10 minutes max. There was some swelling after the procedure, but that went down completely in 8 days. I was worried about permanent deformity, which he assured won't happen, and it didn't. It looks completely normal like nothing ever happened. He's also very polite and friendly, listens to all concerns and really cares about his patient.

I visited the doc last month for neck and spine pain. He patiently listened to me and explain me the cause of pain. Earlier also I ve consulted many docs but Dr. Ramachandra is indeed a gem of a person. He is friendly, empathetic and soft spoken. ** **** ***** ********* *********** ********* *** understand the root cause of a problem and suggest you the treatment accordingly. He is a doc whom a patient can trust blindly. I would strongly recommend this doc for all kinds of spine and back pain.

Dr. N Chandrashekhar (Neurologist) is great friendly doctor who, with utmost care, listened to the problem (for my father-in-law) and provided explanation in layman's terms; we could sense the level of experience he has in Neurology with the way he speaks to the patient.

Quite competent, open to questions, takes ample time to diagnose, polite, doesn't jump into conclusions too soon, most importantly, doesn't scare the patient - all goodness in one place!
