Dr. Shanmugapriya is a real professional and a caring Doctor. I consulted few months back for gum pain and wisdom tooth removal. But I had no pains so I did not perform the surgery that time. In early February 2023, I got severe pain and i immediately visited the clinic. She attended to my pain condition immediately and did not even charge for fees indicating that last time she did not have to prescribe any medication. It was a gesture that was worth noting. On the day of my surgery, I was in office and got severe pain. I called her around noon time and wanted to schedule a surgery. I was supposed to travel in next 2-3 days. She was so kind enough that she immediately booked the appointment same day around 5.30 pm and got the surgeon. They were all there on time and my surgery was over in 20-30 mins. I was fully explained the procedure, the medication and post surgery care. She also inquired about my well being even after that. I am a heart patient who had undergone angioplasty and was scared of going for dental treatment for a long time. But visiting Dr. Shanmugapriya (Root Care Dental Clinic) was a pleasent experience and had totally changed my thinking. First time, I visited for tooth pain and subsequently for root canal treatment. The tooth extraction was very smooth and painless. The root canal treatment was also done very nicely and efficiently. Also very much pleased with the follow-ups and frequent enquiries after the treatment. The clinic is also very neat, hygienic and equipped with all facilities. The charges are also very reasonable. Importantly, Dr. Shanmugapriya and her co-doctor were very kind, very caring and patient friendly. They listen to the dental problems and queries of the patients very patiently and explain the dental procedures and treatment very clearly in detail. Dr. Shanmugapriya schedules the appointments in a nice and convenient manner and ther is no need to wait for al ong time. I highly recommend this clinic for all your dental treatment. Even though, I am a CGHS beneficiary and can take all treatment including dental free of cost in approved CGHS hospitals, I prefer this Clinic for the caring, friendly and efficient service.

Two weeks ago, I visited the clinic for the wisdom tooth pain and for tooth cavities. On the first visit, cavities were well taken care off. Dr Shanumugapriya and her team handled me very professionally and gently.

Few days later, I visited the clinc for the extraction of the impacted wisdom tooth. The clinic is really well equipped and atomopshere is very clean and tidy. I was very well explained before the procedure and proper and adequate anesthesia was given, since i was more sensitive to pain. She had given enough breaks during the procedure since it was little lengthy.

I was informed before about the post procedure pain and precautions, exercises, do's and dont's in a very detailed manner.

Since, I was very sensitive to pain, diligent follow-up was done at a day to-day basis.

My father also regularly visits the clinic (almost 4-5 times) since he had multiple dental issues due to the age factor.

My 5 year old son also had minimal cavity in two teeth. Initially, i was liitle apprehensive how he will react and co-operate to the treatment. But, he was handled very well by Dr Shanmugapriya and it was very very smooth procedure. I dint see even a drop of tear from his eyes

So, root care dental clinic has noe become family dental clinic for all of us. I would recommend all my family and friends

Dr Priya is an Unexceptional Expert when it comes to Root Canal Treatment ...I have got couple of RCTs done .. both have been done extremely well.

Not Only RCT she is an expert even in Tooth Restoration (Filling) & Tooth extraction .

Moreover for Crown/Cap measurement ,Dr gets measurement done thru 3D computer Vision Scanning so measurement will be very accurate .

Dental treatment you receive here values more than the money you pay .
