It was my first dental procedure so don't have a benchmark to measure my satisfaction against. However, I noticed a few things that I feel are unusual. 1) I have numbness in half of my tongue even after a week of extraction. 2) After the procedure, I noticed pain in my lip and tongue on the same side as the site of extraction. 3) During the procedure, when the doctor asked for gauge, they didn't have any and so the doctor had to use cotton instead. The doctor said that a gauge is better at absorption and stopping the bleeding but we had to make do with whatever was available. * **** ******* *** ****** *** *** ****** ************** ********** **** * ***** ** ********* ***** ****** ** ** *** ******* ******* ** ************* ***** ******* **** * ********* ** ******* ********. I got appointment reminders and feedback requests from Practo before and after each of the 3 encounters except the actual extraction one. So this feedback is overall for all three appointments. The first was to alleviate pain and swelling due to impacted wisdom tooth with Dr Sonal Sowmya. She asked me to get 2d and 3d dental scans from a specific imaging center in Whitefield "TIDE Diagnostics". * ***** ***** *** ** **** *** **** ******** ** *** ******** The second appointment for actual extraction was with Dr Pallavi Sarathy. I did not get a feedback link for this appointment. Third encounter was with Dr Ritika Biyani. This was probably the only encounter without anything unusual.

In general neither the surgery nor the facilities felt very confidence inspiring.

I had good experience with Dr. Ritika. She explained the issue very well and explained different options available. She also suggested the best possible treatment . She had lots of patience with me… I was in lot of pain .. she didn’t rush in finishing the process . She took care to make it less painful.. gave some time and medication to first take care of the pain and then proceeded with the treatment .. she is very professional. she follows up regularly in the treatment process .. I went to Dr Rohit about 4 years ago the first time. Since then I have had a great experience. He Is the one doctor I know who will prioritise patient safety and health first. He advises against procedures when he thinks they may affect one badly even though he won't benefit fom that sitting at all. He discouraged my laser depigmentation and alerted me of its cons. Other doctors would just blindly advise to go ahead as the procedure runs a huge bill . His knowledge on any part of Dentistry is deep and his ethics are strong. I respect and admire this Doctor for the same. I advise anyone to take the time to get his opinion before you do anything. ** ** *** **** ******* ** *** ******

It is very easy to connect with Dr.Rohit,because the way he presents himself with the patients,it appears as if we know him from time immemorial. He is a nice & perfect gentleman.A man of consciousness of heart & integrity of purposes.A patient has no.of questions before he meets him,but the moment Dr.Rohit appears on the scene,the patients forget the questions which they had to ask.we do not know how does he detect the questions underlying into patient's hearts and he is capable enough to solve all the problems.I wish him & his " celebrity smiles" to come out always with flying colors.May God bless him with long life & with all the virtues so that He could earn the accolade of being the best Dentist.

A Decade of Dental Neglect, Fixed with Patience and Precision!

I can't thank Dr. Rohit and his incredible team enough. After over a decade of putting off dental care, I walked into their clinic with more problems than I could count—cavities, broken teeth, and the need for implants. What could have been a stressful, overwhelming experience turned out to be one of the best healthcare decisions I've ever made.

Dr. Rohit Prasad is a true professional—calm, patient, and exceptionally skilled. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain every step of the process clearly, and made sure I was comfortable and informed at every stage. He even took time to understand my timing requirements when I had to move my home from the clinic. From cavity fillings to two implants, each procedure was handled with precision and care.

The clinic itself is a well managed. The reception team is friendly, efficient, and on top of everything—from appointment scheduling to timely reminders and rescheduling when needed. I had to make multiple visits over the course of a year, and not once did I feel rushed or overlooked.

In terms of cost, everything was very reasonable. For the quality of care and the attention I received, I genuinely believe the pricing is more than fair.

Great experience at Celebrity Smiles Whitefield. Dr. Ritika Biyani ** *** ** *** **** ******* ****** **** worked on my teeth and is very patient-friendly and professional. I really appreciate the level of patience in explaining in detail about the dental filling as well as wisdom tooth extraction in common term which a non-medical background person could also understand very well. So, it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. I had a great experience and Huge fan.

I had gone to celebrity smiles and consulted Doctor Ritika for tooth sensitivity and pain. She was able to quickly diagnose the issue and come up remedy and suggested root canal treatment. She is extremely patient and spent sufficient time to ensure the problem is well addressed and resolved.

I will certainly recommend her to anyone with similar issues.

I have had multiple visits to him for various issues, filling, extraction, recently 2 implants. I am not at all exaggerating, one needs to experience it to believe it.

I wouldn't have done these implants if it wasn't Dr. Rohit.
