I have waited 5 months to give this review but please read this carefully before you go there. TLDR: AVOID THIS PLACE **** *** ************* ** **** Please look at the lowest rated reviews on google first. This is the biggest mistake I made.

Ok, when you go to a doctor you want someone to go to who inspires confidence and trust. I have to say that at Dermazeal every time I went there I was afraid for my skin and health because of the absolute lack of professionalism. ** ** ** **** * ********* ****** ******* ***** ****** **** ******* ******* **** ** **** ** ********* *********

Despite charging exorbitant amounts they have absolutely no value for your time. They overbook themselves on purpose which ends up in 1-2 hours of waiting time at their clinic.

I cannot believe I fell for this * ** * **** ** *** **** *** ***** *** ******** *** *** ** ***** * ***** ***** ***** ****** * ******* I went in for a consult and she bamboozled me into buying a pack ***** ****** *** * **** without answering any questions on the actual medical procedures or the need for them. *** ****** **** ***** * ****** *** ******* ***** ***** ********

After this the absolute lack of transparency or any details given to the patient on procedures being performed freaked me out! I had to demand that someone explain who is performing the procedure and why - this should basic information that is provided to everyone that I had to beg for. Dr. Janet tried to pin it on the reception/nursing staff for this - I am sure they are treated terribly here too, just that no one has spoken up yet.

Coming to the doctors - no one takes accountability for your case. Dr. Janet was who I consulted with after which Dr. Varsha did a couple of my sessions, then Dr. Shishra took another session for me out of nowhere. For the same procedure on paper, Dr. Varsha and Dr. Shishira followed different steps and took different amounts of time. I preferred Dr. Shishira because she atleast bothered to check with me during the procedure if I was in pain or explain what she was doing and why. Dr. Varsha seems to have a stake in this practice and is only interesting in getting done with you as quickly as possible and collecting her money. Dr. Janet never looked at me again after seeing my credit card swipe in the first session.

MOST IMPORTANT: They don't bother to even record your condition before and after the procedures, which says everything about how much they care about delivering results. What is even more alarming is that they do not check your history or give enough instructions on post-procedural care.****** ***** ***** ** ********* **** ** * ********* ******* *********

One year ago I got a lot of pimples and they used to decrease when I take some medicines but they again come once I stopped medicine and finally my face was full of black spots and deep scars.

I was using a cream which was medicated but wasn't prescribed by any of the doctors and I was using it myself and after few months I got to see that my face was showing some kind of allergic reaction.

Dr. Janet listened carefully and patiently to all my problems and she also came to know that I was using that particular cream and which made my skin even wo than before. It was my good luck that I came to her on time and saved my skin from further damage.

She asked me to start pimple medication immediately and started chemical peeling sessions for every 15 days. I got some sessions done and my pimples came under control. Doctor also suggested me to go for the QSwithced ND yag laser treatment for my dark patches.

Took a package for Q switched laser which was consisting of 4 sittings and one was for free. In my first session only I felt a lot of difference in my face. After 4-5 sittings my hyperpigmented patches have reduced so much . She also gave ointments to reduce black marks

Very much happy with the treatments which I got from Doctor and I have started my CO2 Fractional laser for Acne scars. looking forward for my acne scar reduction for my deep scars from her as well.

Clinic staffs are also courteous and friendly when ever I visit them they always Welcome me with a warm smile on their face and a cup of hot chocolate for me. Very much satisfied for the amount I spent here and which is actually worth spending here. Definitely recommend dermazeal clinic to everyone. Doctors are very friendly and suggest treatments according to their problems and very professional in their work. They also have good lasers and well maintained hygienic nice clinic...

I completed 5 sessions, and I can clearly see that my pimple marks and pigmentation have reduced significantly. Earlier, I had also undergone chemical peel treatments, which helped clear my pimples effectively. Now my skin looks much cleaner, healthier, and the marks have reduced a lot.

Since it is usually*** very difficult to get an appointment with her, I felt lucky to finally meet her, and she is truly amazing. No words can fully describe her talent and expertise.

She patiently listened to every concern I had. In fact, I spent almost 15 minutes just explaining the skin issues I had been struggling with for years. After carefully understanding my condition, she suggested starting with chemical peel sessions. Generally, chemical peels show visible results within two to three months, but in my case, I could already see a remarkable difference by the third session itself. My skin started looking so much better.
