About Bangaluru Neuro Centre
The Idea Of Comprehensive Neurological Care Under One Roof At A Central Place In Bengaluru Was Conceived By Dr Umashankar In 2010.it Took Shape In The Form Of Bengaluru Neuro Centre At Malleshwaram Which Was Inaugurated By His Holiness Dr Shri Shri Shiva Kumar Swamiji In May 2012. The Neuro Centre Started Functioning In July 2012.Neurological Diseases Take A Heavy Toll On A Patient And His Family. Acute Neurological Conditions Have To Be Diagnosed And Treated Expeditiously For A Good Outcome. Comprehensive Neurological Care Includes Clinical, Laboratory Diagnosis Including Blood Tests, EEG, ENMG, Physiotherapy, Neuropsychological Assessment And Counseling. Patient Education And Awareness Is Equally Important For A Healthy Society, Which We Strive To Provide At Our Centre, Through Various Means.

I went for my sister's treatment she is suffering from neurocysticercosis(Disease due to worm in brain) since 2020. Before visiting Dr.Umashankar she was getting treatment from Siliguri where she suffered alot with medicine side effect . We consulted Dr umashankar then, Dr is very polite and will listen to all our problems post that he will ask for necessary test. Based on test report He will give required medicines. Once my sister started taking his prescribed medication she is getting better day by day. She haven't got any attacks(epilepsy) in the last year. We are very thankful to the Doctor.I will recommend Dr. Umashankar.

I had met such a nice doctor, I came across many surgeons/doctors etc, I had contacted nearly 15-16 doctors, and none of the doctors gave the remedy for my problem, and all are made their name in India and across the globe, I suffered more than 1 year to find the relief, I literally thought there is no medicine treat my Issue, but the Dr. Girishchandra Sir cleared all my doubts whenever I go, and the way he treats the patient, that’s awesome, and unbelievable. Had shoulder pain for my mother before 3 years, Dr. Shobha suggested to give slight shoks for easy movement of circulation with some daily excercise and had been completely cure. No complaints for it again and she is doing well from past 3 years. Hence, I am thankful for it as my mother is fine.
