I was suffering from severe neck pain for a long time, but it became much worse in January and February. By the first week of March, my condition had become very difficult—I was experiencing continuous headaches, nausea, and I could not sit for more than 5–10 minutes without needing to lie down.

After searching for a good physiotherapist on Google, I found Alpine Physio Therapy Clinic and requested an urgent appointment due to my severe pain. I was given immediate attention. After carefully reviewing my reports and X-rays, Dr. Rutuja Kate suggested a 15-day therapy plan and started treatment the very same day.

I began noticing improvement from the 3rd session itself. One of my biggest concerns was the hump at the back of my neck, which has reduced by almost 60–70%. My headaches have almost completely stopped, and the nausea has also improved significantly. I am feeling much better now overall.

Dr. Rutuja Kate was extremely helpful, understanding, and supportive throughout the treatment. She made me feel comfortable, carefully understood my issues, and guided me step-by-step through recovery.
