My nutritionist/dietitian was Kruti from Ms Richa Doshi's team.

Young and energetic, she is absolutely passionate about her work and worked first to help me settle down with my erratic eating habits! She was the first person who said it's ok to eat your sweets as I could probably beat a chef who is an expert with desserts to consume ingredients even if possible, that bad a sweet tooth I have! Her saying yes itself was music to my ears and I was willing to explore what she had as a plan as she allowed me to have sweets!

In a month I had people saying"hey you're glowing" "hey you look less swollen" to "wow, seems like you've lost a lot of weight!"

Kruti's guidance helped me to shed inches and then she focused on my weight loss, target was to lose 13kgs, but I've been inconsistent as I felt flighty and happy with the compliments, however, it's a promise now to this young lady to stick to the regime given by her and lose all of those 13kgs! Having lost 6 kgs that's a consistent 1 kg per month over 7 months (minus some hiccups, because I took liberties with my diet) without any stress and happily at 54 years, makes me want to continue with this team who is happy to see you happy with losing....weight, healthily!

So in November 2021 I was detected with high cholesterol. Feeling lethargic after the smallest of tasks had become a common occurrence and drowsiness throughout the day lowered my confidence and started affecting my work life balance. That is when my best friend recommended to me The health studio run by Richa Doshi mam. Richa mam and Charmi mam were super prompt in their response and did a thorough inspection of my reports. I always used to think that diet routines are hard to follow and are impractical but connecting with Richa mam changed my perception altogether. She understood my routine really well and suggested me easy to follow diet plans that made the whole process super fun and enjoyable. Every query of mine was dealt with utmost care and they kept me motivated throughout the whole process.

THE HIGHLIGHT: I got my cholestrol checked on 15th February and Guess what!! My cholestrol is back to it’s normal range. I feel much more active and energetic. All thanks to Richa mam and Charmi mam.

I am very much happy and satisfied with the way the my whole journey has been with the health studio. I have pcod and our goal was to reverse Pcod with healthy lifestyle. Richa ma'am and shailee ma'am both understood my issue to the depth . I was provided the diet accordingly. The whole process is very flexible. My likes dislikes daily routine everything was taken into consideration. They put in daily efforts to keep a check on what I eat how much quantity and guide me accordingly. If at all I faced any issues..they took immediate action and gave me an alternate solutions for it. They never fail to motivate you and keep encouraging to do better and better. My periods have become very much regular and I have lost 9 kilos so far in span of 3 months. My sleep schedule has also improved and I feel active and it's all because of the diet and fun exercises they provide you. I know Richa since many years ago as she is my neighbour. But yes,as my dietitian I met her and she is amazing & friendly. My husband and I we both started our journey before 4 months ago with Richa Doshi. I have many issues like my IVF treatment, Cesarean, Menopause so I felt tired and overweight. Richa gave us simple diet plan everything can be easily cooked at home. Even for my husband it is easy to follow yet his working and traveling hours are difficult.We both lost 9/10 kg.& some inch loss also. Now with her plan I feel so energetic skin is clear & best thing my Acidity almost disappeared. Now I don't want to take pills for Acidity and headache, before that I took pills after every 3/4 days .

How can I forgot to thanks Kruti.she is very polite , supportive and friendly. Before giving plan she always asks our likes/ dislikes and always motivate us.

“₹800 consultation fees” is misleading. To get anything done you have to buy her “diet plans” which cost ₹8500 for 3 months.

I went to her clinic and she charged ₹800 for just listening to my problem for 15 minutes and then recommending me to buy this diet plan. And what she means by a “diet plan” is nothing special - just her giving advice on when and what to eat… i.e. what a nutritionist is expected to do anyways.

There is no need to mislead people by making them think your fees are ₹800 when you are actually going to charge them much higher.

Might I reiterate that I was not given any “consultation” for the ₹800 “consultation fees” I paid, she just listened to me and gave no advice of value.

Well, I was knowing to stay focused to work and to have healthy life I need to eat good food but was always used to get confused about what to eat and when to eat... Most of the time I tend to skip my meals due to workload. But Richa and her team make sure that I'm eating right food at right time. While discussing every diet plan they considered my likes, dislikes, my time availability to cook food and eat food and make it simple for me to achieve balance between my work and health. I'm feeling grateful that I'm connected with Dr. Richa and her team - Ria and Ashvi. Both Ria and Ashvi have made sure that I'm following my diet properly as if like a big sisters of mine (lots of hugs to both of them). I'm really grateful for efforts they put for me. And yess, I loved the simple recipes they shared with me after discussing new diet plan after 15 days. Even they have taken care of my fasting days by providing me appropriate fasting diet plan. Richa is incredibly responsive and I felt she is more like a food therapist than a dietician, which is exactly what I needed. I couldn’t thank Richa enough. She helped me improve my bloating issues , which made me feel so much better, simply because of her better nutrition advice. I also lost in Inches , gained muscles and now I am in M size comfortably .I would recommend everyone who’s struggling to have a good diet please approach Richa Doshi. Being in my 20s weight loss and healthy eating is something that i wanted to include in my lifestyle for future benefits. Being over weight at your 20s diminish your social life and self confidence. Richa ma'am is absolutely sweet heart, she helped me loose weight as well as mentored me a lot about how to eat in a correct way. Richa ma'am helped me to loose 12 kgs in the span of only 3months.
