Dr.Shruti is a very good doctor and effectively has been guiding me. The great plus point about her is that she is very prompt in coming on audio/video calls, does not make the patient wait and gives her medical opinion on the reports shared also very promptly. The same can not be said about many doctors on Practo who have made me wait a long time before coming on audio/video calls and don't give their review of my reports shared with them. Practo team should ensure that doctors who are on Practo are more prompt and helpful in their interaction with patients. Otherwise, the usefulness of Practo to patients will be lost.
