I had developed unbearable back pain some 6 months back and the pain started moving to my feet..it became impossible for me to use stairs or walk even for a short while..Even sitting had become difficult. I have long working hours in a seated position. Due to my work posture i had developed sharp pain in my neck moving all the way to my right hand.

I visited Dr Bhavin Shial on my family doctor's recommendation. He explained about the whole spine and the cause of my neck pain. He suggested rest for 2 days and followed it with posture correction at work. My started using laptop stand so that i didnt have to bend my neck and which made a lot of difference. I own a plywood store and my work involves a lot of lifting weights. For past 3 to 4 months, I had very bad lower back pain. I met Dr Bhavin Shial and after checking my reports we realised that my condition is a bit severe . We first tried medicines to get the pain in control and later he suggested me pain reducing injection which is injected in the spine. Within a day itself I felt much better after the injections. Dr Bhavin is very calm and good at explaining. I had come across his clinic when i searched online. I visited him as i was having severe neck pain. He suggested me to wear a cervical collar for few days at work which helped me to get better. In my follow up visit ,he also suggested me to correct my posture at work and raise the height of my laptop. He showed me some back strengthening exercise and to avoid some of the weight lifting exercise that i was doing. My pain was improved in a week's time. I would highly recommend him.
