From the very first consultation, Dr. Vikas made us thoroughly understand about my father's condition. He took his time to explain in detail and didn't rush at all which was not the case with other doctors we consulted before him. It was only after talking to him, that my dad made up his mind to go ahead with the surgery because he had gained the much required confidence to do so.
