The reason I approached Dr. Patil was due to the constant congestion in my chest which led to shortness of breath and inability to do physically strenous work.

I was diagnosed with the mild asthma in the month of Nov. 2023. I would have severe cough in the evening, during bedtime and whenever exposed to dust/pollution. It was advised for steroid inhaler by the pulmonologist, as there is no cure for asthma. I was befuddled with the treatment as I am suffering with AVN (osteonecrosis). Use of the Steroidal inhaler may have further side effect on the bone density of the patient with AVN.
