Dr Shamim has been a true source of strength and healing for me. Through some of the most difficult moments of my life, she offered a safe, non-judgmental space where I could finally face my trauma and understand my anxiety with compassion instead of fear. Her warmth, patience, and gentle guidance have helped me find parts of myself I thought I had lost. I’m genuinely grateful for the support she has given me and the hope she helped me rebuild my life and see the life from whole new perspective.

Ms. Shamim is a very patient counsellor.She listens to your story completely and takes her time to understand your situation.After that she asks further questions.I found this approach to active listening and understanding so good.You are always confident and feel at ease to share your confidential stories with her.She genuinely cares about you and helps as best as she can.She helped me ease my issues

I had visited BKC center, Awfis in Aug 2019.

Sheer wastage of money. I spent 10k in 3 sessions. *** ******* ** ******* She talked a lot to complete 1 hr. I wasn't even hypnotized on the hypnosis session. There were more sessions planned, I chose not to lose my money to her. She would book my session for hypnosis but on the day of arrival, she'd tell that there's not much time left to hypnotize and would talk at length ** **** ** **** ** ********* *** *** **** *** ***** Won't recommend.

Don’t look at the past, you’re not going back there. One thing that was holding me back was thinking about & holding on to all the things that went wrong in the past irrespective of whether I was responsible for it or not. I’d dwell on the mistakes and feel guilty about them. After talking to Shamim ji she told me that’s done, we learn from it, and we move on. Through hypnosis she made me realise that the things I felt guilty for were not actually my fault & I managed to forgive myself for many things I was holding myself hostage to and released it from my system.

Shamim is the most non-judgemental person I have ever come across my life. Opening up to her felt very safe and easy. My life has taken a 180 degree turn after my sessions with her. I had weekly sessions with her for 2.5 months. She has helped me become a stronger person who is confident and understands herself . She has helped me in mending my relationship with my family and overcome the traumas of my childhood. She has taught me how to understand and solve my own problems (which I feel is better than solving them for me). If you feel you need someone to guide you though very difficult times, I would highly recommend you visit Shamim.

I was sceptical of doing this. But as I met Shamim, I had an absolute comfortable experience with her. She is a great person in total. Extremely pateint and knowledgeable. She gives you real life teachings and not just solutions to your 1 hour counselling problem and I think that is what makes her exceptional from other Counsellors. Her positive outlook towards every problem is what u take back home and become a more confident and self sufficient person in life.

During my sessions with Dr.Shamim, she heard me out patiently and gave effective suggestions and insights, which went a long way in helping me overcome my issues.
