Had visited the doctor for my son's earache. Dr. addressed every query and systematically explained the issue to us. The friendly approach of the doctor helped ease the ongoing tension that had built up due to the pain. He ensured and gave all preventive steps and went further to inform that he can be reached via his clinic WhatsApp in case of any further query. I would strongly recommend him for his skills and overall approach towards the patient.

When I visited Dr. Kaustubh Vijay Sarvade at the scheduled time, the doctor was not there. The staff had an incorrect contact number for me, which caused confusion and I did not receive any cancellation message. They suggested I rebook for a later slot, but that did not fit my schedule. The clinic environment was okay, but the miscommunication was disappointing.
