I first consulted Dr. Adita Agarwal for help to quit smoking cigarettes in 2022. It was a 40-year old habit. I had tried to quit for 10 years using various therapies, and nothing had worked. I went to her in desperation. She used a combination of medicines, counselling and support, and I quit smoking in 1 day. It sounds incredible, but it's true. After that, I recommended her to a friend who also quit smoking in a day after consulting her. Subsequently, I consulted Dr. Adita for some months for anxiety, depression and panic that was affecting the quality of my life and work drastically. After we spoke, she put me on some mild medication and I was so relieved to find that there was a remedy for what I thought was an incurable state of mind. In the years since, I have consulted her again and improved again. Dr. Adita has changed my life significantly.
