Life Standards team provides cardiac rehabilitation, health fitness programs, exercise prescriptions (as per American College of Sports Medicine [ACSM] and American Heart Association [AHA] guidelines), state of art telemetry ECG monitoring for cardiac and non communicable disease candidates and periodic health check up and medical consultation program. Inclusion continues with cardiologists, exercise physiologists, personal trainers, diabetologists, and psychiatrist’s consultation(s), physiotherapists, as well as the yoga, nutrition, and weight reduction programs.Physiotherapists, yoga trainers, dieticians and psychiatrists are the integral part of the program.All the physiotherapists and personal trainers possess ACSM certifications in personal training course and BLS (Basic Life Support) training. Life Standards also provides corporate wellness programs for the education of leading healthy lifestyles and routine health checkups.

My experience with Dr. Mikhil Kothari has been very nice. His positive attitude towards treating his patients, really helps to come of the trouble asap. The medicine he prescribes works like magic.
