Sessions with Nupur ma'm were quite helpful, her insights, perspectives helped me manage my depression effectively. She really understood the deep rooted issues I had and her guidance really worked wonders for me personally.

My 4 appointments with here were basically waiting anytime in between 20-45 mins. Everyday was a new excuse which could be genuine but Nupur never informed me in advance that she will be late. One appointment she did message me that she wants to shift the appointment by an hour but even that turned out to be 20 mins wait. Her counseling style confused me further more or I probably wasnt in the best state but basically it did not help me much. During the covid-19 lockdown, she promised that she will do online consultation but she never turned up, neither did she inform in advance about cancellation. Hey, we all understand that emergencies are part and parcel of life but we need to professional as well. I dont think Nupur has set a good example as counselor considering she neglected my case of emergency. I am uber disappointed and wouldnt recommend her.
