I started seeing Dr Charuta a more than a year back for continuous health anxiety, consuming fear of something bad will happen, a constant sense of restlessness or discomfort which I was going through more since COVID times. I was already on an antidepressant for a few years, which wasn't able to help me with all the said symptoms. I wanted to try Homeopathy now and resisted to increase the dosage of my antidepressant.

First 2 consultations with Dr Charuta were focused completely on understanding my entire journey from my very young age till date. All my life experiences, my stressors, my nature and upbringing, ***** details about my existing symptoms of anxiety/depression etc. The process was very enlightening experience for me, and I could see dr Charuta being a very keen listener and eager to get the **** possible data for her Homeopathic prescription. I saw Dr Charuta for Bipolar disorder **** * **** * *** ***** *** ***** ***** * **** **** *********** ** ******* ********** I approached her for Counselling & Homeopathic treatment. It’s been 6-8months now & I feel that there has been so much improvement in my erratic moods, sleep, the intensity of my extreme lows have gotten so much better. The duration of months between the low & mania phases have improved. All of the improvements I have noticed makes me feel more hopeful to feeling better than o have felt in the past 8years after my first diagnosis. I started seeing Dr. Charutha about 8 months ago with symptoms of anxiety and low self esteem. She creates a comfortable, no judgement environment and is extremely patient with all my thoughts. I consulted Doctor with MANY issues and wondering if they will get resolved. I WAS having PCOS/conceiving issues, hypothyroidism, anxiety, stress, bloating, acidity, nausea, reflux, overthinking, generalized nervousness, hairfall, lethargy, sleep issues and health related anxiety.

Counselling along with medications (which were only few) helped me so much that I could finally live daily life, ALL gastric issues resolved and I felt calmer.

It is only been 3 months but there has been improvement in my diet/mood/confidence/gastric issues.

I was just facing sleep issues, and wanted an easy fix. But she surprised me , ofcourse I was upset knowing about ADD because I didn't want another lable for me, but the esy she explained in detail, it all made so much sense. she took 2 long 2 hour sessions to deeply connect with me and understand every minute detail about my life. I was shocked she was so patiently listening to me blabber ! I wouldn't have entertained myself so much! All the sessions since day one have been very structured and solution oriented.Her responses never felt superficial. I was doing okay ,then when I had a dip in my health again, she was very consistent with the process throughout, giving practical solutions without being too nonchalant. The amount of effort she took the expenses all felt justified. Even when there were cancellations, sh always informed beforehand or made adjustments promptly.
