I got in touch with Dr. Ishan Thakkar when my extended family members were detected COVID positive. Even though I had not known him before and he was consulting and advising me over the phone, he explained every little detail / symptoms to me. Not only that, he answered all my queries and cleared my doubts and made me feel positive and confident. Dr Ishan goes out of his way to make his patients feel positive and confident to face the medical condition. He is the ONLY doctor I know who calls back if in case he misses the call and he regularly checks on you to find out about our health.

So when my reports actually showed POSITIVE, mentally and emotionally I was prepared to take the virus head on. Medicines will work if we have the right mindset and attitude. Dr. Ishan not only helps us with medical treatment, he ensures we are emotionally and mentally stable to fight back.

Dr.Ishan B.Thakkar is a very cooperative and always helping doctor for his patients. He has treated me and my whole family since last 5 years. His diagnosis and related treatment is perfect which gives us relief from our ailment. Whenever we ring him up to ask our doubts about dosage of medicine etc. and he can't answer the phone due to some reason, he reverts back immediatly as soon as possible, which is a rare thing among the medical practisioners.

During the last days of my mother, Dr.Ishan helped me a lot. Irrespective of being very busy in his Covid duty he would attend my phone call and would solve the problem of my mother's health every day and at any time of the day. Dr. Ishan is none less then a miracle in my and my Son's life. At time I need some help or consultation even late in night for my son, I always get attentive and polite response which always calm me otherwise having such a doctor is difficult who is ready to listen all your problems with so much of patience and solve all your queries. He make sure to make us understand all the medical issue in our language so that we understand the matter well and don't get panic or worried. He has solution of all kind of medical issue.

Went for the acidity problem, he helped me in resolving same. He listens to whole lifestyle then diagnoses the true point and works, he genuinely helps his patients to be at comfirt first.

Dr Ishan is very helpful, and is an expert in what he is doing. We had emergency health situations when we were on a family trip where no doctor was available. The doctor speaks with the patient so nicely that he feels at home and opens up without any inhibition. The appointment is efficient and the doctor maintains the time. He is never appearing to be in a hurry and patiently listens to the problems faced. Speaking respectfully to the elders talks a lot about his sanskar and makes him so loveable.

Dr. Ishan is a great listener, so basically we will patiently listen to what your problems are and be very kind enough to explain what’s the problem and guide you in case you need add some changes to your lifestyle along with the medicines offcourse. He is very approachable hence patients can speak their heart out.
