The best part was with her examples & way of explaining I was instantly able to look at a situation from a different point of view & was able to understand better how we can simplify things & free the mind step by step, she also made me very comfortable & was quite friendly :)

i had taken counselling sessions earlier , but this was very helpfull . Simoni mam identified the root cause of the problem and worked on it . I am still taking her sessions . The only one thing where I was not comfortable was that sometimes i had to wait but overall nice experience . recommendable

Dr. Simoni is a very compassionate individual. She takes time to understand and actively listen to what we feel. She then tries to connect the dots and suggest a way to heal step by step. She is quite patient, doesn't assume or rush into deductions. I felt comfortable confiding in her and I was left hopeful that I would heal in the subsequent sessions.

Dr. Simoni not only made me feel very comfortable to be able to share my problems but also gave me exercises to help me develop healthy habits to deal with my anxiety and bad thoughts. I will be taking more sessions and work with Dr. Simoni. I am very happy with my decision to consult her as I was so scared about it in the past

Dr Shah was really nice and understanding. She spent a lot of time listening, getting to know me and helped me identify what my issues were and where they are coming from. The next step was to suggest how i could approach them differently and maybe react in a better way.

I was havuing anxiety problems since 2 years for which I was taking counselling sessions , simoni mam customised her treatment plan as per my case history .she used different psychotherapies and techniques which really helped me. I really liked the table leg technique . Iwas also equipped with certain life skills .I highly reccomend simoni mam.

It was my first experience going in for counselling for my anxiety. She very nicely explained to me how the entire process works and how to go about it. I’ve had only 2 sessions with her but I can confidently say that she has been of great help to strengthen my mind.

Today was my first session with Simoni Shah for anxiety and relationship issues. Right from the start she made me feel at ease, explained her role in helping me with my problems and came from a genuinely concerned and non judgemental place. A very warm human being which made it easier opening up to her. She is also, extremely attentive and clear in her analysis. I appreciate the examples, exercises and tools she provides that allow for personal introspection. I will be following up with her. Highly recommend the doctor for her clarity, skill, patience and empathy. Think of it like talking to a friend but one with the professional tools at hand.

She surely counselled me as a family member, and explained in scientific manner the anxiety that I have can lead me into more deeper health problems.
