After the lockdown got announced my father's movement had become minimum and his muscles started getting weak. He has diabetes, hypertension, heart ailment, spinal compression and is aged as well. A few days into the lockdown and he started feeling dizzy and throwing up. It worried me since no doctor was available. Next day I saw Dr Sejal's post on social media for online physiotherapy sessions. I reached out to her immediately, shared all his reports and started with the sessions. After a few sessions my father was getting back to normal. Infact his muscles are stronger now and he has lost a few extra kilos. He is happier and active. He is still continuing with the sessions.

Dr Sejal's Rehab sessions helped my Dad a lot where he recovered from his weakness as well as Respiration problems due to infection in lungs bcoz of Covid pneumonia.Within a month,He is now back exercising on his own,Taking a walk everyday 2 times totalling to 10000 steps plus everyday.He hd also lost 14 kgs which he now hs recovered half of it now within a month.Really Dr Sejal is far too good.

He was on oxygen 6 ltrs when he was discharged.Made arrangements for Oxygen at home but after the sessions within no time,he was using oxygen only while exercising.

Dr Sejal kept on encouraging my Dad bcoz of which today his health has improved a lot.

I was infected from Corona since a month.I was admitted to municipal hospital and was suffering for almost a month than after that i was tested negative. I was shifted to private hospital, treatment on my lungs started there.After about 11 days i got a discharged and brought home. Doctor suggested to be on oxygen machine for 4 months. Once i came home i consulted Dr. Sameer Nanaware (M.D Chest specialist) of Global hospital. He started treating my lungs and also advised to do exercise. He suggested me Dr. Sejal Bheda Gogari (Physiotherapist) .The time when i started exercise with the help of Dr. Sejal ,i was not even able to move from my bed.In about a month i was able to stand and sit because of Dr. Sejal .She worked hard on me and even motivated me to live without oxygen machine and after a month i was walking like before. I am very much thankful for all the help that Dr. Sejal has provided.
