I have a very bad history of drugs and substance abuse. In the last couple of years I have consulted around 10 to 15 psychiatrists with experience ranging from 3 to 30 years. I finally found the perfect doctor for me. What makes her a good doctor is that she knows her medicines extremely well. What makes her a great doctor is that she is not one of the bad ones that want to keep you entangled for your entire lives by giving you the wrong medicines so that you stay addicted to them so that they can suck out every last penny from you. But what makes her an exceptional doctor is that she actually listens to you. Not only did she give me ample of time to explain my history and my problems but when I suggested that I would like these changes in my medicines she agreed to it. This was highly surprising for me as most of the psychiatrists have this ego that I am the doctor and you should listen to me. After Consulting so many of them I have had a very bad experience because they would get irritated if you asked questions about the medicines or requested for a change in the dosage according to you. Dr Naazneen not only listened to me but also agreed to the changes in the medicines that I wanted not once not twice but multiple times.But here is the best part that I found about her. I had chronic Insomnia and was not able to sleep without taking six sleeping pills. She completely took off those sleeping pills And gave me safer medicines So that I could sleep. I sent her a WhatsApp the other day stating that I slept well thank you mam and this was her exact reply "I was concerned about you so good you whatsapped.I am happy you got sleep". I was so shocked by the reply that how can a psychiatrist be concerned about me because of such bad history with so many psychiatrists. For 2 to 3 minutes I just kept staring at that message again and again. On that message itself I knew I had found the best psychiatrist in the world.If any of you have a bad history like me with psychiatrists, you can trust her blindly.Also her assistant doctor Farah messaged me the other day asking how I was doing with the new medicines. I have never had this kind of an amazing service given to me.Lots of love and blessings to you and your team mam.

I consulted her for a plethora of issues, but mainly how it was incredbly difficukt for me to focus on my work and i needed some help with it.

1. The assistant had kept calling my continuously before the consultation (it was online) and was informing me that the doctor wouldnt be able to connect with me on practo as she has some technical issues. She called some 4-5 times. I suppose thats fine, shes just doing her job.

3. I wanted to check with her if i had ADHD as i had been directed to a psychiatrist by a few people for the same. I was informed by this doctor that I'd have to take a test that costs 6000rs and get blood work done additionally. Obviously when I heard this, i was disheartened. Dr Nazneen has been a doctor I fall back on as I have had reluctance & resistance towards getting treated cos I never believed in having a mental condition. I could share my strange details which others find difficult to listen but she put me at ease & also put up with my aggression by being most unperturbed. She very wisely tackled me & even paid heed each time I didn't want to overload on medicines. She even advised other techniques to manage my anxiety besides the meds,like keeping busy , going on a holiday etc. Having her on my side, readily responding, accessible even on whatsapp is comforting & reduces my anxiety :)

The Day I visited here my mental condition was so worse that I had attempted suicide a day before. There were voice in head which were to loud to even understand, glitches and shouting sounds. I had not control over my heartbeats and it kept rising. I felt so uneasy to breathe and mind was suffering from extreme blood pressure. This was the point I wanted to quit and leave my body. As soon I saw in a review there's more people like me and are happy after treating with Dr Naazneen. We'll now, I am among that one happy patient. She knows here medications really well. In a single day after consuming them I feel less stressed, more alive and Happy. I wish I would have met her earlier. Dr Naazneen is the best thing that happened to my life.i have no words and I don't know how can I thankyou.

I have been seeing the doctor for 7-8 months now for psychiatric issues and the results have been amazing to say the least.

Her treatment does not overload you with a cocktail of drugs. I have had trouble staying on meds before this, but thanks to an easy dosage and fewer medicines compared to other doctors, I was able to follow her prescription. This has resulted in improvement in my personality, career, personal relations and life having become a lot easier in general.

Dr Nazneen and Dr Farah both are very friendly and helped me in my problem related to anxiety management I was suffering from anxiety for 2 months and no medication was helping until I visited dr Nazneen within a week of medication I felt much better . Dr Farah helped me with counselling sessions she is very friendly and made me feel comfortable

I was facing issues with multiple holes and lost interest in world and was crying crying than I find out dr Naazneen ladak on Google search visited her she detected with me for depression and anxiety and OCD I m on medication started feeling better in 10 days,She is very helpful in explaining what I m facing trough she is polite and gives time to listen and understand I m almost feeling better and happy and started living life happily.Highly recommend Dr Naazneen Ladak for any mental issues.

Dr. Nazneen took the time to patiently explain my situation and suggested I take the ADHD assessment. After that, I began medication and therapy.

For therapy, I consulted Dr. Sana, who was incredibly professional and created a safe, welcoming space to talk openly. Her sessions are thoughtful and introspective, gently guiding you toward a healthier mindset at your own pace. She also shared practical exercises and tips tailored to managing ADHD in everyday life. The sessions were genuinely helpful—I was able to work through all the concerns I had with clarity and confidence!

I started seeing Dr Nazneen last year for low mood issues. She is empathetic and takes time to listen to the patient. Overall my experience has been good.
