I was looking to consult with a psychiatrist, someone easily accessible within Mumbai. I went to Practo and typed in psychiatrists and searched for someone with good reviews and ratings. Dr. Naazneen's profile showed up. Somehow I got as good vibe and I fixed an appointment. I have now been consulting with Dr. Naazneen and her team, specifically Dr. Sana for about two weeks and I have to say it has been truly a game changer for me, even if it is a short time. But that's the beauty of it, isn't it. All of us want change in the now and I found it with Dr. Naazneen and her team. There's still a long way to go of course but I am very happy with their work and how they're managing my case and guiding me. It's very friendly, homely, personalised. They are so mindful of my feelings and time. The clinic is so neat and clean. The support staff too is very polite and decent. It is very clear that Dr. Naazneen is dedicated to her work and her patients, as are her other doctors. I get a sense of peace when I'm there and after my sessions, I feel healed, truly. When I met Dr Nazneen, I was already on medications but wasn't sure where was I heading towards improvement.

Once I met her, she changed my medications & guided me as to how to approach my mental health. Her prescribed medicines & her perspective towards healing has helped me already in a big way in just few months.

1. She takes keen interest in your present mental condition & the issues one is dealing with.

2. There are days, I update her & ask my concerns via whatsapp. She is always available & hence gives me a sense of security.

3. Her approach is to treat you. In my case, she sees me off medications soon.

4. It's not easy for someone going through depression/anxiety to open up easily but she has a pleasing vibe(& a sense of surety) which atleast helped me immensely to talk with her without any inhibitions.

As of today, I am better & feel that my tomorrow is even going to be better with her being on my side.

I am glad I met her :)

Just to add a little more opinion- with proper medications, it's necessary to work on the inside too. Sp don't that lightly.

Whosoever is reading this, I hope you recover soon. It takes courage to be able to recognize that you are not You at the moment & its applauding that we take a step ahead to heal ourselves.

Just an incident changed the state of my mind, I have suffered from anxiety, panic, sleep obsessive compulsive disorder but I'm very very thankful to Dr Naazneen having friendly behavior who treated me Very well explain the treatment and medications and now I'm feeling very well and almost recovering

I think Dr. Naazneen was really great with the diagnosis which I was really looking for since I have been concerned about my mental health. She also has always been available whenever I needed to talk to her and her friendly nature brings forth a sort of comfort that anyone with anxiety would appreciate and benefit from.

Dr Naazeen is very rude in behaviour *** * ********* I visited her clinic on 6 th Sep , again wanted to take online consultation with her. Had a very bad experience, .we first contact her Assistant , who does not even bother to lift phone once. Hence tried to contact her number, she screamed and shouted, as if we did some big mistake. *** ** * *** ** ******* * **** *** **** ****** *** ** ***** ** *** ******** I am afraid , being in such a professional, she will demolished her patients with her Agressive behaviour. *** ***** ** **** ******* **** ******

Doctor understood my case very well. She has a friendly and empathetic approach towards the case.Medication and counseling will be done in a phased and balanced way.
