Our encounter with Dr. Shetty was a life changing event for my son. My son had been suffering from adenoids since over 2 years and while we were treating it with medication he was very prone to frequent colds and upper respiratory infections. Eventually the enlarged adenoids and frequent infections had done a lot of damage resulting in a hearing loss and early stages of sleep apnea.

When we came to Dr. Shetty, he was very quick to diagnose what could be the issue and made us run quick tests to confirm the same. The treatment involved 2 surgical procedures and what made us proceed with the same with Dr. Shetty was his confidence in the treatment, but more importantly, the care and comfort with which he handled our child. Till date my son is super happy to go for his followups to the clinic.

While there are many ENTs in the city, there are very few that specialize in pediatric otolaryngology, and working with Dr. Shetty made us understand the difference between the two.

Dr. Shetty was also very helpful in addressing all non clinical processes such as insurance, admission etc. and was also very patient in addressing the 100 questions we had for him.

Today my son can breathe through his nose, sleeps well through the night, can hear better and in general is back to the chiry little boy of ours!

In conclusion I would say that while I hope you never do have to go to an ENT, but if you or your child does, Dr. Shetty ***** ** *** **** ****** you could go to!

I would like to Thank Dr from bottom of my heart, my wife was having throat and ear pain since Feb 2020, ** ******* **** ** *** **** ***** ** ******* ****** ****** *** ** *** *** **** ** ******** *** ******** they used to give 3-4 tablets and acidity syrup for 10 day course but nothing workedThen in July we decided to have video consultation with Dr. Adip, he understood our problem clearly and advised us this pain might be due to bad dental treatment and he was absolutely correct, when we discussed this with our dentist, he diagnosed my wife with mpds, he removed all the dental caps and pain was gone instantly.Best thing about doctor was he had done through evaluation, didn't give any unnecessary medicine, suggested right course of action, Infact scan we had requested as my wife was scared if it's cancer or notThank you very much doctor for your support and guidance

He made the diagnosis in 2 min, I didn't even have time to sit.

He checked my ears, gave me a treatment, explain me very basics of the why.

I took the treatment, it worked,.... for 2 weeks. And it's back.

A chemist could have actually handled that work, I was expecting to deal with the root of my problem which keeps coming back but the interest was only on treating immediate symptoms followed by the traditional: If it happens again, please come back.

As soon as I stepped out, I received a message AND a call to give a review. When I used the same number to ask information about my prescription and even called to explain in case it wasn't clear, I never got a reply...
