I had visited Dr Smaranika during severe and worse lumber nerve back pain to leg pain, it was sharp radiating pain from back to below knee after 3months of delivery . After taking treatment and exercises for 15 sessions I was recovered completely. While it was difficult to sit/walk for more than 10min earlier, now after recovery i had climbed hill for tirupati temple which takes 3hrs by walk. And there is no back pain/leg pain at all. Dr Smaranika motivates and gives confidence for postpartum recovery,advises daily strengthening workouts ,weights for women especially. Which helped to reduces muscle tightness

Dr. Smaranika Das and her team is very supportive and so good and keepfriendly relation with patients. I was suffering from severe kneepain and also not able to walk and stand properly but Dr.and her team took great effort gave best physiotherapy. Every session they taught new excercises .I am now better and I do excercises twice a day and also go for morning walk. Before physiotherapy treatment I was scared that permanently I can't walk and live on bed but Dr. assured me that She give me best treatment. Thanks to Dr. Smaranika and her team to give best physiotherapy and

teach excercises.

The first most appreciable matter here i felt is the diagnosing and explanation of doctor about our problems. She listens our complaint and suggest the treatment which suits for our age and flexibility. Also the best part is no too much waiting time to see the doctor, even in the busy schedule also they give enough time for us. When i came first i can't do my activities comfortablly but now i feel much improvement in my movement and pain also reduced a lot. I recommend the doctor those who are suffered with pain and not able to recognise the reason...

She clearly explains about the problem and gives us a positive hope and correct solution. I was 8 months pregnant when I was suffering from pelvic home and my gyenic doctor told me that the pain will be continued until the deliver. But Smaranika has advised me very good exercises and good remedies and the pain got reduced within 2 sessions . The treatment was really helpful via online. Thanks to the doctor.
