We have been trying to conceive for about an year. Took numerous hormonal pills every cycle but nothing worked out. After having gone through multiple ovulation Induction with Clomiphene / Letrozole / Gonadotropins , we were then suggested to undergo IVF . We then visited Dr. Shalini who carefully analysed our records and suggested HSG for tubal evaluation. The same cycle she had given ovulation Induction drugs . Luckily both tubes were open . Just with such simple treatment of hers, I conceived in first cycle of ovulation Induction. My wife had a large endometriotic cyst (endometrioma) measuring 6 × 6 cm and we had been struggling to conceive. We were advised to undergo IVF before surgery, but my wife was not comfortable with that option and wanted to proceed with surgery first.
