Vani Skin and Hair Clinic, Delhi Cantt

I booked an appointment for 1045 on 12th June After reaching to clinic I told that I have booked an appointment for 1045 am thru Practo The receptionist took 200 rs as consultation fee and asked us to wait Another patient came and asked receptionsit if the doctor is free the receptionist told that doctor will come at 1130am I went to receptionist that why didn't he tell me about this when he was collecting the money from me when I categorically mentioned that I have an appointment at 1045 He had no answer to this question except blaiming Practo about this misscommunication

I don't know whose problem was it either of Vani clinic or practo But correct information should be mentioned on such site I have lost faith in Practo and that clinic I wasted 1 hour of Sunday in this hassle since I had to go through heavy traffic I would not have left from home only if correct information was mentioned Working professionals know the importance of 1 hour of Sunday

Feeling cheated

I have acne problem i visited at vani skin and hair clinic uttam nagar I pay 2 times consulting free in 15 days he give me 1000/- + medicine as well .. but there is no 1% change now after taking these medicine my problem getting more day by day like red skin problem , dandruff problem and acne on my face maybe its not acne is there any skin problem which Dr Gaurav Gupta not able to understand .

Thr waiting time was not much. He heard my problem and explained to me how the black spots occured. It was not a big problem but he told the black spots will not fade in near future. But he suggested some meds which will stop the proliferation of thr marks.

I Visited for treatment of acne and skin irriation but mixed experience doctor is in hurry he didn't listen properly and written too much medicine.
