I have just completed a course of treatment with Dr Payal Pal and I write to thank her.

Fron past few months I was suffering from knee joint pain. I visited an Orthopaedic who after examination and x-ray and MRI diagnosed that the early degeneration has started which cannot be stopped but can be delayed by physiotherapy and some changes in daily life.

I was referred to Dr Payal Pal by a family friend.

I'm very impressed with the way the problem was analysed and how personalized the exercise program was. Dr Payal spent time explaining to me the underlying cause of the problem so I fully understand what needs to be corrected and can better manage similar issues in the future.

The attention I have received over the last 10 days has been superb.

I live in Canada and happened to visit Dr. Payal for a very painful neck spasm I developed while on a holiday in India. Firstly, I found her to be a brilliant diagnostician, relying not only on her education, but overall experience of the world as well. She correctly caught 3-4 underlying issues that were the precursor to this neck spasm. She asked for 4 consecutive sessions after which I walked out of the clinic as a new person. Her team is excellent at their work, session might be intense, the end result speaks for itself. I had 6-7 year old injuries resolved within 4 days. I was happier, Sleeping better. I had visited many physio clinic abroad, with myriad approaches and bodywork but Dr. Payal is a rare gem.

I went to Dr. Payal for Trigger Thumb therapy. I was experiencing clicking in my right thumb and slight pain as well due to overuse of the area.She did Ultrasound of the respective point in the lower thumb area for few minutes which relieved the pain to a bit. After that wax was applied to the whole arrogant palm below the thumb and kept until cold. I felt a lot of warmth and relief. Then she gave me five to six exercises to be done on a regular basis. This process was done for a week after which I felt quite better. I was advised to continue my medicines as well as exercises as prescribed and not to exert upon the area as the muscles are weak and hence subject to injury if not taken care of. I thank Dr. Payal and her assistant in keeping up with their good job.
