I was diagonsed with lumbar spine disc bulge during december , i was suffering from severe pain and was advised for full bed rest like all disc bulge cases but now i am on the path to recovery and my condition is far better .
I would like to place my sincere thanks to Dr. Faiz , Dr Mudassir and full team at Sanjivini Physiotherapy Centre.
Dr. Faiz was helpful and coordinated with my Doctor (ortho) went to the exact cauae and started with the therapy. Eventually with all the efforta, now i find myself far more fit.
