I came to Shrishti when a great deal of turmoil was brewing in my life. This was the first time I was experiencing therapy and now that I look back, I am so glad I found her. It’s amazing to look at how someone can take out so much pain and confusion from you, in a way we don’t even realise. I have always been a closed and quiet kid, but Shrishti’s amazing way of communicating and giving guidance made me comfortable to speak and open up. Yess, I found a wonderful therapist. One of many reason I say that is because she literally booked an appointment for me, impersonating my elder sister, when I could not ask anyone else!
