Dr Abaranam, Pulmonologist, is very skillful and very good in right diagnosis. Provide coorect guidance to the patient with regard to the treatment and prescribe apt medication. A few suggestions for better patient experiences: 1. Reception & Staff Nurses are not following proper token system nor any queuing system for waiting patients and any patient can walk into Dr cabin superseding the waiting patients. No one bothers to check this. Duty nurse or Admin team hardly cares about waiting patients queuing number nor the staff nurse helps some patients coughing continuously thereby spreading the infection to other waiting patients.

2. No facility to book prior appointments for a Doctor consultation as the counter staff claims following first come first however no token system followed nor patients are aware of their turn to meet the Doctor. Even if we make prior appointments, the counter person does not make any note of it nor they revert to the patient confirming their consultation time slot over phone. Receptionists phone response time high and do not provide any useful info. No proper consultation time slot is given while booking doctor appointments and all patients are simply told to come at 6 pm like that. This makes patients to wait for more than 2 hrs to finish their consultation. 3. At times some patients take 60 to 75 mts in the consultation room, discussing on many unrelated topics, which irritates the waiting patients. Doctors may discourage this practice and not allow patients in grabbing doctors precious time. 4. Reception staff efficiency level is very low for a patient registration done 4 days back, they are not able to retrieve the registration number with the given mobile number and patient name.

The conversation with Mam was not actually as that of a patient and a Doctor. It was like that of having a conversation with a Elderly person in your family.

I had approached mam for my post Covid issues . She heard me out of all the queries and made me understand clearly in a layman’s language. I am really happy with mam’s positive approach and the way she addressed my queries made me feel I’m alright .

Doctor was patient and very concerning. She listened to the whole history, and explained the day by day symptoms of Covid and why it was important for me to act immediately to diagnose Covid and the lung damage. She immediately urged me for a CT Scan, and recommended a few places that might be open immediately. Reports came next day and she immediately suggested that it's important that I get admitted. She made sure I was emotionally strong and not worried by this. She explained how things are taken care at hospitals and not to be worried. Her advice was timely and very helpful.

Doctor was very kind, took some time to understand the problem, based my history explained my symptoms and the reason for my problem, post the course asked to reach out on the improvement and gave prompt reply, definitely thumps up for her work and was a great help during this pandemic time
