I consulted Dr Gowri for my pregnancy and delivery, but my experience was not very satisfactory. She is very friendly but I didn't find the solutions offered upto the mark, especially the latest post-delivery consultation. **** ****** ** ******* ***** **** ************ *** ************** after consulting her for almost 6 months.******** *** *** ****** ***** ***** **** ****** ** *** ****** ***** *** ****** **** **** *** ** ** **** ***** ** ********* ** ******* ***** ***** ****************** punctuality is a consistent issue—I often had to wait a long time, sometimes over an hour, and the consultations felt rushed. Understandable that dr may have emergencies but punctuality can't be an issue in every appointment.I still continued with her for delivery, as some appointments would go better than others *** ******* ******** ****** ******However- after delivery, I expected guidance on recovery, but none was provided. Upon discharge, not much was told abt c sec recovery and in follow-up appointments, concerns like pelvic pain, pigmentation, loose skin and overall recovery were simply dismissed as “normal,” with no supportive advice or solutions. ******* ** ******* ********** * **** ** ******** **** *********** *** I was told that it will be like this and I shouldn't think much about it , after all I don't have to wear sarees and show my tummy.Nothing much was told to me about recovery *** **** *** ****** ******** **** ****** ** ***Overall, I wish the approach had been more empathetic and patient-focused and more in sync with modern medical science, ****** ********* ** **** * **** *** *** **** *** ****** ******** ****

I visited Queen's hospital to confirm my pregnancy. I saw that the hospital was fully organized and clean and had all types of facilities for Normal and C-section delivery. After I started visiting here for regular pregnancy checkups. Dr. Gowri madam and the staff treated me very well they took care of me and my baby till last. They heard all our problems and gave solutions. We planned for c-section delivery here. Dr. Gowri who has more than 35 yrs of experience handled every situation very well and took care of me and my baby every day when I got admitted for delivery. My delivery went smoothly and got discharged after 3 days.I recommend this hospital.

we visited the clinic for brown discharge which we were not aware of. We thought that was periods because it is in reddish and brown color.The doctor is not explaining the problem clearly. Even if we are asking doubts, she is not answering properly. *** ** ****** ******* *** ************* ** ***** ***** ******* ** ***** ********* ** ***** **********When ever we consulted the doctor we come up with same doubts.they made us spend almost 8K just to stop brow discharge, ***** * ************* ** *** **** ******** ***** *** *** ********Every time we visit she is not spending not even 10 min and always Hurry in Something Else. We're not happy and satisfied.. Highly disappointed...

We are absolutely indebted to Dr. Gowri for helping us meet our joy of life. Gowri ma'am is the heart of the OVUM Hospital HSR. She is the reason we chose the hospital. Ma'am is always smiling and calmly explaining us things and answering any questions we might have, and we developed a very familial bond with Gowri ma'am. The main show was the last day in the labor room where her experience, her calm but stern demeanor, and her care that I felt for my wife Anjali all lead to a successful normal delivery! We were almost ready to give up and go for a C Section, but Gowri ma'am encouraged and waited and our baby was here.

We were expecting our child since four years of marriage and had seen multiple doctors in Gurgaon and then when my husband relocated to Bangalore on my friends advice we met Dr M Gowri. She is empathetic and kind hearted and quite experienced in her trade. She was almost God send and within a month we were waiting for our 1st child. She gave us excellent guidance all though pregnancy and also during tough times during 3rd trimester where I got admitted once. I am really thankful for her guidance and motherly touch and would recommend her highly!

Visited for my wife.

First time visit: We consulted, bought medicines and came back.

Follow up visit: Someone told doctor was not available but her assistant was there. My wife met her but realised she was the one who had prescribed her on first day also. My wife then complained how come they made her assistant sit under main doctor’s name without patient’s knowledge? The supporting staff apologised and while appreciating our politeness they told other patients behaved rudely when they got to know about that. This is a serious matter when it comes to trust. Practo and hospital officials must look into it.

I recently consulted Dr. Achala for my post-pregnancy checkup, and it was a very positive experience. She is an excellent listener who takes the time to understand concerns patiently. What stood out most was how carefully she reviewed each of my reports and explained everything in a clear and detailed manner.

Dr. Achala is very friendly and approachable, which made me feel comfortable discussing my questions and concerns. Her calm and supportive approach really helps patients feel at ease during the consultation.

I had a very good experience consulting Dr. Achala K P. She is very professional, patient, and supportive. This is my first pregnancy, so I had many doubts and sometimes I used to get worried about small symptoms. Whenever I reached out to her, she patiently listened and clearly explained everything, which made me feel comfortable and confident.

Her guidance during my pregnancy checkups has been very helpful. She always reassured me and gave the right advice whenever I had concerns. I truly appreciate her care and support throughout my pregnancy journey. I would definitely recommend Dr. Achala K P to anyone looking for a good obstetrician and gynecologist.

Pathetic experience. I went there for a small medical issue, the doctor is okay but the management is pathetic and slow.

1. Not asking test consent - First the doctor wrote some tests post visitation,then the clinic people directly sent me to the lab room without even asking whether I want to do the tests from the same clinic.

2. Not experienced assistant - The lab technician *** **** ** ***** *** *** **** ******* *** ****** ****** ** kept on moving the needle around my vien to get the blood. When I asked that person whether he is experienced for the job then he said he is from ott and not a lab technician adding to that he took blood on two vials for 3 tests. When I highlighted the same to the receptionist she said not to worry and they will send the reports within 2-3 days. Continued misery

3. Delays and lies - They shared 2 out of 3 test reports and after multiple follow-ups over call/email/whatsapp over a period 8 days they told the 3rd report is not done and advised me to visit the clinic and then they will again do the test.

PATHETIC MANAGEMENT - **** * ******** ALSO THEY DO NOT RESPOND. I AM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

1. the follow-up consultation is only free if you visit within 4 days post your 1st consultation.

2. Tests are much cheaper outside the clinic

I had gone for irregular cycles with heavy bleeding got dnc and Mirna inserted from the doctor followed her advise.. now after 2 months I am so much releaved.. she was reassurance me at every step..
