Firstly, I was trying to book the appointment through Practo and it kept cancelling. When I directly went and met the doctor in the clinic and explained him the reason of my visit, he did not seem interested in that and instead started telling me the various "treatments" for weight loss and different kind of medications and surgery.

While my issue was not as severe as that, it still puts the patient in a dilemma and many might give into the explanation. I was not satisfied meeting Dr Manish and I think he should also focus on what the patient really wants to address rather than just a single way of dealing with them and surgeries.

1) Doctor sir listed to my problem properly and explained the cause in simple words.2) The medicine written was effective.3) The only issue faced was things and procedures were not clear at reception. I had to task multiple time to people at reception. The procedure at reception can be improved .

I had taken my father for the treatment to the doctor clinic. The doctor was sitting 10 meters away due to covid fear and asked few questions *** ********* *********** ****** *** *** ** ******** * ******* ******* ******** *** ******** We wasted our time and money..

Dr. Shabeer is extremely experienced and was able to diagnose my problem immediately. Even though the only way to proceed was surgery, he helped put our mind at ease by explaining everything clearly. The other staff (anesthesiologist, support staff, nurses) were all extremely polite, professional and friendly as well.
