Dr. Mugdha provided exceptional care throughout my hospitalization. From the very beginning, she was extremely proactive, reassuring, and thorough in her approach. What stood out to me was that her decisions were always data-driven and based on clinical findings, investigations, and my response to treatment, rather than assumptions.

She ensured that all the necessary tests and investigations were completed at the right time and carefully evaluated the results before deciding on the next course of treatment. She also took the time to explain the situation, treatment plan, and progress clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence during what was otherwise a stressful period.

What impressed me the most was her commitment to patient care beyond the usual expectations. Even when she was on leave, she continued to keep track of my progress and remained connected with her team regarding my treatment. That level of involvement and ownership was truly reassuring.

Her entire team was also very attentive and responsive. They consistently kept me informed about my reports, treatment, and progress, and I never felt that I was left wondering about what was happening or why a particular decision was being made.

After waiting for almost 1 hr 15 mins , doctor received me and started his inspection. The least I expect from a doctor is to do an impartial thorough checkup where he can park his presumptions at the bay.

Not just he was uninterested *** *** * ****** *** ** ********** *** ***** According to him my pain is caused because of incorrect position of my ulnar nerve but in last 30 years the position of that ‘funny nerve’ has never changed for me. Furthermore it is the same position in the other hand. He wasn’t able to explain why there was an elbow pain on weight bearing, screw tightening action and wrist clenching - which are the basics of examining the entire hand. And after 5 mins of inspection he advised - Surgery! Can you believe it. He didnt give any explanation to the blunt force trauma that I suffered and how it would have resulted in the pain.

By the end of 5 mins of his inspection he was so disinterested that he didnt cater to my other issue of neck pain. His diagnosis was that - it is due to lifestyle and there is nothing that can be done. I would have accepted that diagnosis if he would have been able to explain why this suddenly started only in last few weeks after my accident while the lifestyle has been like that for years.

I am glad that I got myself checked again from another doctor *** ********** ******** *** ********* *** ********* *** ******* ****** *********

Overall - wouldn’t recommend the hospital nor the doctor.

PS - Practo has mentioned the fees to be 500 but they charged me 850

i recommend the dr for his skill but i wish he’d been more empathetic towards the patients! dr.bharat seemed like a brilliant and talented dr, but he needs to check his attitude and show some patience and empathy towards patients and better try to understand their state of mind when addressing their concerns. i have never met a dr who behaved as arrogant, judgemental and condescending as he behaved with us. this affected my mental state for a good couple of days and i felt disturbed by that nature that i seldom experienced from any dr that i ever visited. i believe he was trying to bring patients for his mental wellbeing doctor colleagues!

our case:

we’ve visited him for a minor procedure to repair a laceration wound for my 3yo. the consultation went good, he suggested a minor procedure under general anaesthesia. we had to take other opinions before deciding, as it was prescribed under GA and we were concerned parents for our 3yo. but we decided to go for it at the end. the procedure went well and our baby came back in good health. all was going well till this point.

post procedure, when i started asking questions, out of no where he started behaving all hostile, judgemental and condescending! he made me feel - “i hope this is not a bad question that i am asking and whether it would offend the dr” - for every question and concern i had! he was avoiding my questions looking at his phone, walking away! i was bewildered by the sudden onset of this angle from him. it felt like an alternative reality!

well healthcare is not my subject, so for anyone experiencing a situation like such for the first time, we might have had some questions that may sound silly to a well experienced dr. but i guess he could’ve chosen an empathetic behaviour instead of making us feel pathetic! we were already worried and concerned for the well-being of our 3yo.

truly i am thankful for having our 3yo treated by dr.bharat, but i wish he’d been more welcoming and less arrogant, judgemental and condescending.

I had a slight chest pain, my ECG showed slight depression but my ECHO and TMT was clear, Doctor ran a fresh ECG and advised me to go ahead for Coronory Angiogram without explaining the procedure and anything abt stent, I leave the doctor and within 2 min, I keep getting calls from Shireen the admission coordinator seeking insurance details.
