I have been visiting Ms. Mili for about 10 months now, I started going to her to resolve my past and recent traumas, my anxiety and panic attacks. Words cannot express how much she has helped me through my issues. She is very approachable and kind and open minded. I never felt judged or on the spot, I always felt comforted and supported with her, she understood my issues very well and guided me to resolve those. She explained to me how my behaviors are associated with the trauma, how I can always choose to act differently. Talking to her I could understand my relationships better too. I have come a long way from the place I was in when I started seeing her and I am highly astonished by the progress I could make.

Many people laugh at the idea of seeing a psychologist, that you are paying to talk and they would just say what you want to hear, well you cannot be more wrong. I am a talker and I have shared with a lot of people before, friends, family but going to her has made all the difference between just sharing and actually resolving issues. I don't know how psychology works but it surely does. Of course attaining peace of mind is a journey and not a destination but I never thought that sharing with the right person could make so much difference in one's life.

Even writing this about Mili makes me full of gratitude. I have and will highly recommend her to anyone who needs help in resolving issues and moving on.

More than 3 years I am regularly be in touch with Mrs. Mili Chakraborty...*** ** ****** * ********* ********* ** ********** *** ********* good Listener with awesome patience, approachable, good response, and amazing behavior. Catching the cases and work on that is not a easy task and she always handle with her best which help me to tilted towards more positiveness. I recommended to many of my friends and they are happy with the response as well. Life is full of complexities but some body be an angle is make the path easy.

When we discuss our problem, solutions came out but somebody as a neutral needed to help us to think out of the box.

In many of my problems I used to approach without thinking twice and got the some other side which is not counted limited to “two” for that problem.

As a mentor, friend, well-wisher, somebody concerns about your health/ happiness, easily approachable, amazing suggestions, Mrs. Mili Chakraborty name always came to my mind. Because Of her, my Positive attitude, Self Confidence build up more in me which eliminate my fear of taking a chance, negativity, Failures.

I was struggling with my anger and stress management problems, anxiety and trust issues for nearly three years. I completely lost hope. I had suicidal tendency too. I contacted Mili in Aug, 21. She helped me to understand the deep roots of every problem in my life and provided me with some very useful techniques to approach them. I developed a skill of understanding and analyzing myself, that helped me in my career and relationships with people. She is very passionate, non-judgmental, friendly, patient and available. Within just 4 months I experienced such a promising change in myself that I highly recommend her. Thank you, Mili for giving me a new life.

I came across Ms Mili when I was going through a rough patch and needed someone to help and listen. Mili was phenomenal from the first meeting, always attentive, never judgmental and helped me with coping strategies to get me through such a difficult time. I visited Mili to help recover my parents failing marriage. Mili takes an unique approach by planning each session specific to a person’s problem. For my case, she held individual sessions with my mom and dad and after she had an understanding of their problems, she had did the combined couple sessions with my parents and bridged their misunderstandings. Mili also take a session with me to understand my impact on my parents relationship. Overall, her holistic way of understanding the perspectives of each individual and then bridging them together to bring everyone to a common understanding makes her an excellent counsellor for family/marital problems. I highly recommend her for anyone who is going through similar family drama..

Dr. Mili was very easy to open up to, and I really appreciate the fact that she never limits the time to an hour or so… She always let’s the discussion go on until I’m ready to conclude the session. I had been depressed, confused, anxious when I started therapy and it’s been such a therapeutic journey with Dr. Mili. She is very friendly and warm and made me see through my eyes the positivity in me. Every now and then she checks up on me, looking out for me. I am glad I found Dr. Mili and consulted her. I found Dr. Mili on Practo while I was going through a tough time in my married life. She came to my life as and angel 😇 and sorted all the problems I was facing. I was having family problems and relationships problem as well . So I wanted to speak to someone who can help with the same . So I thought of taking online sessions but I was not satisfied with it . Then I took an appointment with Mili ma’am and it was a good decision . She is a good listener and very understanding person . She help me to see the things with different prospective . A bad anxiety breakdown made me look for some help and I was lucky to find Mili ma'am on practo and choose her.

She was never judgemental, was very empathetical and gave enough time and listened patiently. Most of the time session would go for more than an hour and sometimes would go upto 2hours but not once did she stop me or made it look inconvenient. Would listen patiently and then advise on what could be done. Made me realise that we can never change the surroundings, it's only us who we have to work on and that makes all the difference. Psychologists are a hand holding when you fall down partially or completely and helps you to stand up and run confidently where winning is not the agenda but feeling good about yourself and self-confidence is what really matters.

I am beyond grateful to ma'am and will be grateful throughout my life for this one year of support and counselling. I would not need to visit her periodically going forward but I know she will be a message away when I need her advise... Gratitude is the only word 🙏🙏🙏

Dr. Mili is an amazing psychologist. The best part about her is that she has an indivdualistic approach to the person and asks the right questions. Her ability to delve deep into the subject is very helpful. She is understanding and caring at every step and one can truly sense the genuine care from her talks. Her words are as encouraging and supportive as challenging, for one to reflect on certain aspects of any problem they face. She also doesn't force anything on the person and is very receptive to their perspective. Her another strength is providing different perspectives to the situation and enabling one to think in different ways.

Her methods of counseling and therapy really encourage one to find solutions in very comfortable ways with her being the light post of guidance. She helped empower me with the notion of "not giving others your power" and it proved to be extremely helpful in many situations involving conflicts.

Her openness towards communication and non-judgemental nature is truly worth being appreciated and noted. Her knowledge on the subject is also quite expansive. I would definitely and with full confidence recommend her to anyone who is seeking help and would like to be heard without judgment as well as find a way through their troubles.
