Hi everyone,
My name is Abhishek Venkatesh. I would like to share my story about tinnitus problem which i faced after recovering from COVID 3 weeks back. I had come to India for vacation in Jan 2022 and before flying back i tested positive for COVID and developed upper respiratory tract infection which later led to tinnitus. Started hearing different sounds in right ear and was not able to sleep at night. This disturbed my sleep cycle. Then my father referred to Dr.P.Lakshmi Satish. After diagnosis she told it was a case of tinnitus. She then conducted audiometry to check that my hearing and it had no issues which was fine as per the test report. In the mean while, i had already consulted another doctor for second opinion as i was running short of time since i had to fly back for my work. The other doctor prescribed a cocktail of tablets including steroids ( it was her approach, cant say its wrong) but i was hesitant to take those tablets. when I discussed this with Dr.Lakshmi Satish madam, she advised not to take those tablets and instead suggested to opt for dexamethosone injection. Also, she explained that the results may vary as there are no proven records for treatment of tinnitus but it was one of the ways to treat this problem. I took 4 injections , once daily. Results are were quite comforting as after the 1st session, i felt 40% reduction in the sound in my right ear. After 2nd session, the sound use to come and go and after the 4th session, there was 70% reduction in the sound in my right ear. I was pleased by this as in a matter of 4 days there was such an improvement as there was race against time in my case. Also taking an injection in the ear is quite frightening but the she made it feel like an ant bite. I am very thankful to Dr.Lakshmi Satish and convey her my sincere regards.

A very very bad experience and I never recommend anybody to this doctor. *** ******* *** **** ****** **** ******* **** ******* *** ********** *** ******** ** *** *** ****** ***** And Blood tests at double rates in her own clinic only. ****** ***** ** * ****** *****
After post covid recovery I had certain sinus issues and facial numbness. * *** **** * ** **** **** *** ** *** ** ***** ***** *** *********
Immediately after seeing the CT and not even asking other questions doctor came to conclusion that I may have Sugar diabetics and sent for test in her own clinic. Then she told covid will come to people who are far. Then told immediately should admit and surgery has to be done. For everybody I have asked in that clinic she recommends surgery only. Any disease surgery is her first statement.

The consultation was briefer than I had expected, but the outcome and my response to the medications prescribed were excellent. More than satisfied! Also, the pharmacy is in the same clinic and I didn't have to go all over looking for the prescribed medicines! Such a relief!

The doctor didn’t listen to my complaints ** *** **** **** **. If she didn’t want an early morning consult she could’ve denied. She also kept saying that she will not prescribe or diagnose a condition without seeing in person. This is an online consult , * ***** *** ****** **** * *** ***** *********** **** ** ********* *** *** *** ********* I don’t know what else she expected. She kept asking my age thrice even though I said that in the text and also mentioned twice during the consult. I do not recommend her for online consultations.
