I had wisdom tooth extraction surgery.I was in the process where doctor was putting stitches and power was cut. My husband put flashlight on to complete the stitches process.They didn't have the power backup where surgery is getting performed.After that, after 5-6 days I didn't get senses back from anesthesia in my right lower lip followed by chin. I called the clinic ,they prescribed me tablets on WhatsApp.******* ****** **** *** ********** ** ***** ******** * *** ** ***** *** ******* ** **** ****** * *** *** **** ** *****I went to another orthodentist, ** **** *** ********** ***** ***** **** ** ***** *** *** *****He asked me to do sonography and ctscanI got pus filled in my right cheek where extraction happened due to part of wisdom tooth left.They have to make a cut to pull out all my infected fluid the other night and prescribed me antibiotic to recover soon.I faced alot of pain (Physically, Mentally, Financially and Professionally)** ***** **** ** **** * ********* *** **** ************ ** *** ************.I would never recommend you to visit this place of you love yourself even a bit.

I had a great experience at Dr Ratnika's - Smileup Dental Clinic. I had come to India from New Zealand to visit my parents and had a shortage of time for my whole mouth rehabilitation. Doctor Ratnika was very accommodating and had full expertise. I felt confident from my very first interaction itself and felt safe in his hands. My earlier bridges were depalidated and worn out and there were many other issues. Doctor Ratnika and her team treated me well and I never had to wait for my turn. They were open on weekends too which helped lot in speeding up the treatment. The ambience was awesome and the staff was helpful and polite. The outcome was great and there was aftercare too. I am very happy to have my smile back and am going back with full satisfaction. I have recommended the clinic to my family and friends. I wish the team good luck.

I was neglecting my dental issues for quiet a while as i was very afraid of visiting a dentist because of some previous experiences. This time the pain was unbearable and i had to get emergency dental treatment. I visited Dr Ratnika based on my colleague recommendation who is already her patient.She made me ease answering all my queries and explaining complete process step by step .I was afraid of the pain initially but it was really painless when the procedure was completed. I recommend Dr. Ratnika for affordable and painless dental treatments.Such doctors are hard to find .Sorry for getting late in penning down my experience but i really thank her and wish her best of success.

Visited Dr Ratnika's Smile up dental clinic for tooth ache for my wife. After investigation, it was found that teeth underneath an old cap had broken causing her immense pain and discomfort . Initially we felt there are no options but to extract the tooth and get a bridge or an implant later. But doctor suggested an alternate to use the existing broken teeth as an implant bed and build a foundation on it to attach a cap saving us from extraction . We opted for that option and are extremally satisfied and happy by saving our natural teeth .

The experience of visiting the clinic, timely attention by both staff and the doctor, detailed explanation and Cost effective high quality treatment were all very satisfactory.
