Dr. Ashwini was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I joined her classes in the fifth month of my pregnancy after getting a green signal from my ob-gyn since I had a condition called as low lying placenta. She had a thorough discussion with me about the exercises that she had planned for me. I loved how personalized she was with the minutest detail about my exercise, posture, stamina, diet. We did yoga, Pilates and strength training. Her guidance really helped me in staying healthy and energetic throughout my pregnancy. Every yoga session ended with meditation which was very refreshing. I was well and active till the very last day. Her couple's sessions were very informative in understanding the entire process of pregnancy, delivery and baby care. Despite having a c section due to my placenta condition, I bounced back to normal in just a few days due to the dedicated exercises that we did during pregnancy. I also did post pregnancy yoga with her which helped me get back into shape and at the same time work on my stamina and energy levels. She is very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend her.
