They don't have their pathology lab to run tests so they get their tests done from designated lab centre ** ******* *** * ***** ****** ** ****** ***** ****** **** ***** We did 17 tests and paid approx 15000 after only trying to be parent for 1 month * *** ************** ***** ******** *** **** ******** ***** *** ************ ***** ****** ***** ***** ********* ***** *** ****** ******* *** *** ****** **********My wife alone went to collect the report after our first visit * *** *** **** ********* ******** ****** ** *** ********* ********

They detected a polyp in her uterus as per UsG and said she has to intake medicines worth more than 2000 to get her body capable of being pregnant.

On our 2nd visit when I went with my wife and asked questions, Dr Pratibha Chavan refused to give proper explanation of her tests, infact she got irritated and gave mind blowing sarcastic answers on top of that she also got up and left her cabin

After going through of my semen analysis report* ***** ***** *** ****** ************ she told me to get end number of tests for be able to become first time father which I politely refused, they went in shock. Their staffs couldn't say anything more to us.

The biggest irony was that my wife's blood report shows Hemaglobbin count of 8.8 in one of the reports and 8 in another which is unexplainable.**** ***** ****** ******* *** ****** **** ** ********* ***** **** *** *** ******* ** ***** ****** ***** ***** ***** ******* * ***** ***** ******** ************ ***** ****** ****** ** ** ************

I had visited Galaxy Hospital for Early Pregnancy Checkup. My overall experience was not much satisfactory and I found it quite expensive too. Also I would highly recommend that they should train their staff more efficiently as I am not continuing my treatment there just because of there ignorance. On meeting, I mentioned them that I am already having my blood test report to confirm pregnancy but still they asked me to give urine sample for pregnancy confirmation. When I questioned them that my pregnancy is already confirmed then why it is required then they said ok so if you will continue your treatment here then leave it. After 5 minutes they told me that they will perform a sonography to confirm pregnancy. I asked them that I want to meet Dr. first to confirm my line of treatment then I'll go for any further investigation. In between for around half an hour staff kept me sending in and out, here and there for no purpose. Even the staff wasn't sure what they want to do. Then after 45 mins we met with Dr. Pratibha Chavan. Dr. is really very friendly. She took our consultation very nicely and explained things properly. I do not have complaints from her. She suggested some blood investigations and told us that their staff will contact us to explain my reports or further prescription if any. I gave my blood sample and also get my first sonography done. ******** ** ****** ******** ** ** ** ** ***** ** *** ******** ** *** So my first first consultation including all investigations costed my around 7k. Next day staff contacted me to explain my reports and Dr. had prescribed few medicines accordingly to improve calcium and other vitamin deficiency and said they will send the medicines name on my WhatsApp. But I did not receive any message from their side further. I had waited for a day then I contacted to reception to save my details as the were calling me on my husband's mobile no. and asked to send medicines name. Receptionist told me that she'll confirm and then give me a call but still no response from her side. I contacted them twice again and again no response. So, finally after spending a lot of time and money I left with incomplete consultation. And here I also want to mention that they don't provide Dr.'s contact no. So, In any case you have to depend on reception and other staff only.

Dr. Pratibha is a brilliant doctor. She is confident about her subject and knows the line of treatment very well. She knows what she is doing and she wants her patients to follow that. When we met her we found her so confident which really helped us to move forward with her .We are really very glad we met Pratibha ma'am. As she is popular and great doctor that's why there might be some waiting time at her hospital So if you have to wait for her please don't be irritate because after giving some time, in reward you ll get sweetest result in your life. The most important about Dr. Pratibha ma'am, she cares for her patient, and explains everything to them. In our whole journey in all trimester, she supported us ,gave mental support as well. And safely handed over our love of Life our baby Girl in our hands. In simple words, I would love to say she feels for her patients and available for them whenever they need it. I would highly recommend Dr. Pratibha Trust me you will be in safe hands.Dr. pratibha and her team is best.I want to mention some words for her team members-**Seema- Full trained and full of knowledge.In my full journey she supported a lot.**Madhri - Expert to taking care of new born baby.still my baby missing her.**Sunanda- Always taking care of patients needs and ready to help.**Neha - Again and again asking for patients needs and ready to help. The team is excellent. They gave full training to me about baby care like wrapping, feeding, baby holding etc under Dr. Pratibha's guidence and presence.Many Thanks to Ma'am and team. We wish good luck for the future. After discharge she gave consultations online due to Covid 19 situation. At last thank you ma'am for all your help during my journey.

So, we had multiple visits to Dr Pratibhas Clinic from Jan 2021 to July 2021

I and my wife consulted Dr for family planning and during this tenure I faced few things which I want to highlight.

1. It's all about money and treatment and all will always play a second fiddle.

2. 90 pc of the medicines which were prescribed one will get only at the hospitals medical store *** **** ** ** *** ** ***** ***********3. Tests rate are exorbitant compared to outside lab rates and once I did a thyroid test form outside there was lot of resistance from the clinic and they treated us in a way we committed crime ( the lab was Pharmeasy)

4. I was being asked to do some tests like HIv or hepatitis B and when I said I get it in my annual package of my company the doctor resisted then also by saying which comoany offers these tests.

5. One of my test was being asked to be done at one of the labs told by doctor and later she said that lab is not authentic and you get it done again the same test at another place.

6. During covid when I took a break of 2 months,

I.was charged new patient charges when I returned back - Reason stated Long break means new patient.

7. Fees in one form of another, exorbitant lab rates and several visits in name of folical analysis - Iam sure a doctor can defend all this but trust me this is very taxing on the patient and when the motto is not kind one will always tend to lose as a patient.

These are some of my review points haven't covered all the things in detail due to privacy constraints

But I will like to appraise the prospective patients to take an informed call before moving ahead.

It was in March that we discovered I was pregnant through a home pregnancy test. Given we are not native to Pune our hunt for a tried and tested gynaec was more functional and less based on recommendations. We searched online and based on testimonials we zeroed in on Pratibha mam. And we were not disappointed in our experience at all. From the first visit she was friendly, warm and more importantly very particular about every aspect of the process.

Each time she explained our scans in detail and guided us for next steps/precautions. Due to some stress after four months a minor spotting issue arose and obviously we were scared. But Pratibha mam went all out to check everything around and also helped us calm down. Given how fast paced our lives are we needed someone who took care of these nine months like a family member. If she used to say “don’t worry” then we knew everything is fine because she would have double checked every aspect.

I went for a planned csection and it went very smoothly. I had no hiccups in surgery or recovery. She has prepared me for every step - pros and cons - and it went exactly as she had explained. I had no surprised along the way and that was very calming for me as well as my husband. We knew what to do or expect.

Additionally the inclinic experience is very good - staff is attentive and very friendly. Dr Divya who takes care of sonography is very involved and exactly how Pratibha mam is super particular about every bit of the exercise.

I recommend Pratibha mam to any and everyone looking for a medical journey without any hiccups and filled with an exceptional support system

We stumbled upon Galaxy Hospital just like rest of us doing google search for nearby Gyn Dr. and went through reviews/comments to ascertain validity of claims as per the long list of positive and not so positive reviews.

What we found was all true in the peoples experiences listed earlier. When we entered the clinic we felt the positive vibes and read not to loses hope

Dr Pratibha Chavan has been blessed for blessing everyone with the most precious gift of life, we were also blessed by a gift of a beautiful baby and along with her we got support from her exceptional staff as well. She was most diligent on regular follow-ups, medical treatments, tests, recovery and medicines too. We missed an appointment once got reprimanded too.. :)

So this also shows there is definitely care for patients and families have to have faith in what Dr Pratibha Chavan is proposing as treatment. Anybody can go on google/webMD and try to become Google certified Drs ourselves, what matters here are life experiences and medical/gynecological case expertise which cannot be sought by a quick 5 min google search.

I would like to start my story by first and foremost thanking Dr. Prathiba Chavan for having safely pulling out my two little tiny feets and letting me cherish the role of motherhood. I fall short of words to explain how calmly and easily she encouraged and gave me the strength to overcome my complications.The courage offered to continue my pregnancy despite undergoing an intricate surgery during my 4th month is enough to talk explain the knowledge and personal care she showers her patients with. I personally will have her name engraved and will be surely recommending her to my knowns.Dr. Pratibha you have made my both the pregnancy journeys memorable and jolly ride inspite of the huge tides thrown at us. I am thankful to you for the immense knowledge and time spent for clearing all my silly doubts and enlightening me with must have infos.As per my experience, I would definitely suggest do consult her as the medical staff and her demeanor are magnetizing. We recently had a delivery at Galaxy Hospital under the care of Dr.Pratibha Chavan ma'am and I must say that entire experience was excellent.

This was the third delivery in our family, few earlier once we're for my cousin and the third one was mine and we have complete trust in Dr. Pratibha and her team.

From the start of pregnancy journey till the delivery and even after Dr. Pratibha's guidelines, clear communication, and humble nature made everything smooth and stress free, doubts and always makes you feel comfortable and confident.

The staff members Seema & Nikita at Galaxy Hospital also deserve a big appreciation. I have never seen such a professional , polite, and caring team in any other hospital.

Everyone fr nurse to support staff, is helpful and always ready with smile.

We are happy to have such a hospital and doctor for our family and there will surely be many more deliveries here in future too.
